Great first plant on the subscription package. No complaints

Excellent customer service, beautiful plants and pots. Good communication with the team throughout! I've got the pet friendly bundle and I'm so excited every time a new plant arrives! I accidentally killed one of the plants and got excellent support and advice on how to prevent that from happening in the future!

I received 2 plants and a small gift plant. All 3 plants arrived in good health and look lovely. The delivery was relatively speedy and the plants were well worth the cost. The snake plant came with a cute care card, which I would have loved for the other plant too - but that really is nit picking. Will definitely buy from them again in the future!

I’ve had 2 plants so far. Both arrived very well packed and in good condition. I like not knowing what will come each month! The plants are unusual while not being too tricky to care for!

Lovely healthy plant & pot , but a bit expensive

I have previously bought plants and pots through Bloombox and patch plants and had such a good experience, so thought I would try this company, and ordered a choose your own jungle bundle with pots.

Unfortunately this was very disappointing, although the speed in which they arrived was impressive, the packaging was appalling.

They were all packed lying side ways in the the box and so the soil was spilled out, they were wrapped using an unnecessary amount of paper and cardboard and it was a nightmare to open and put together.

One of the 5 pots was cracked, which I do agree that it is reasonable to occasionally receive a damaged product but the overall quality of the 5 pots was awful and not at all what the pictures depict on the site. They looked like something you would buy from a pound store. That was not only my personal view but when I have showed the images to a number of friends and family they all agreed they were cheap looking.

I tried to get in touch with the company, to find there is no telephone number (speaks volumes) only an email contact and so I composed my email - not even bothering to mention the fact that some of the leaves were broken because I was more unhappy about the packaging and quality of the pots and understand that plants will grow and bloom.

The worse bit of this awful experience, was the response I received from the company, in the first email I was offered a 10% discount and there was the suggestion that I was unreasonable. I emailed back again and was then just given the 10% discount without the company making any further effort to resolve my complaint and got a passive aggressive reply essentially implying that it was my own expectations that were to fault and not the descriptions they offer.

It is my view that this company are not comparable to their competitors on the market and I would urge people who may have been used to the excellent standard and customer service of the likes of patch plants or Bloombox to be aware of this.

The customer service is absolutely shocking, I have never in my life had such a poor experience and was made to feel that it was just me being unreasonable and to have unrealistic expectations.

To note: the plants I have received from both Bloombox and patch have arrived in beautiful packaging, were healthy and upright, had no mess and required no effort. The Bloombox order I received had a beautiful orchid included for free.

When I needed to address a problem with one of the patch plants I had received, it was swiftly dealt with, they were super friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

This company may well be new to the market but I genuinely believe they need to do some research and review the standard they provide and seriously consider reviewing their customer service practice.

Problems with orders do occur and that is to be expected but the way in which they are dealt with determines whether a customer will use the company again. I will return again and again to the company’s that give a good customer experience.

In this experience, it really felt as though they were unconcerned that I had had a bad experience and were not prepared to listen or take on board my views.

Healthy plant and pot arrived in good condition. Brought a smile to my face.

I have purchased a Houseplant Starter Kit from Plant Pet Club few months ago. All healthy and arrived fast. Green pets are doing well. Signed up for 6 months subscription now. My first subscription delivery is Euphorbia Rubra in a stunning orange pot! Look forward to receiving more plants over the next months. Would definitely recommend :)

Love my pet friendly jungle! Decided to start a new hobby and ordered a Pet- friendly bundle. Order arrived very quickly and in great condition! Lovely healthy plants, cute colourful pots and handy instructions for a newbie. Very pleased and will define use again.
