Plastic sheet arrived promptly and cut perfectly to size.

I ordered various thicknesses of HDPE sheet in specific cutting list sizes to carry out a repair on a boat transom rather than use marine plywood.

During the order process it is possible to add a name to each of your selected sizes which makes it easy to identify the various pieces ordered.

The ordering process was very clear and informative and the prices competitive, delivery was quick with detailed tracking from despatch to receipt.

Would use again and would definitely recommend Plastic Sheet Shop.

Good quality, as described, accurately cut, well packed. I’m very happy with the product. My only reservation is that I thought I’d ordered from a UK business whereas this is all based and posted from abroad (the Netherlands). I feel that the location of the business should have been made more clear. I’m not sure that I would have gone ahead had I known as I always try to stay as local as possible.

The size was accurate and cut were clean. Fitted very well as expected. Product shipment was as promised and tracking was provided. There was a bit of delay with the border clearance but is external factor which company or courier has no control. The package was quite good with warning stickers says breakable material inside. Overall positive experience

Great product and excellent customer service. Ordered for delivery early December, arrived late and damaged. Packaging could do with corner protection, bubble wrap and the blue ties done up tight! We got there in the end, worth the wait, appreciate your determination to put things right!

Just awful from start to finish

I was looking for some acrylic to replace broken glass in a large picture frame. I thought I would replace it with acrylic as it would be far easier to handle and much safer. After shopping around, I found plasticsheetshop.co.uk. They offered good prices and as it wasn’t urgent, I was happy to wait the week or so they quoted for delivery. I placed the order and eventually got a dispatch confirmation. A few days after that a large, pink package arrived and when I saw it my heart sank. It had very clearly been dropped on the corners (despite the fragile labels on it). Sure enough the acrylic sheet was damaged with snapped corners and a crack right across the sheet. The packaging was very flimsy and, in my opinion, not fit for purpose. However, I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt and went through their damages procedure and a new sheet was dispatched.

Three days later a rather sorry looking package turned up, this time it was clearly been bent in half. Sheet was broken. New damage claim, new sheet dispatched.

Number three rocks up, no change. Despite me informing Plasticsheetshop that the packaging wasn’t sufficient for the sheet of acrylic, they just ignored me and carried on sending it out the same way. Finaly arrived, snapped and crushed……. I report the damage, they resend the sheet…..

….. and yes, this one too. Broken. It wasn’t even packaged properly and half of it was hanging out of the packaging. I really don’t know what they were expecting to happen? If it arrived three times damaged, would you not think of a way to prevent it happening again? I think I was more than patient giving them four chances and even though I told them what the problem was, they just ignored it and continued to send out packages that were almost guaranteed to get damaged in transit. They refunded my money after demanding multiple photos of the damage which I had already sent.

I did a bit of Googling and found an alternative supplier (cutmy) who were more than happy to send out a sheet of acrylic which arrived yesterday, properly packaged, intact and ready to use. I really don’t understand how plasticsheetshop could get it so wrong, but they did. Personally, I would avoid them at all costs. They are based in the UK but operating out of The Netherlands, they don’t care about a good customer experience and there are plenty of alternative suppliers who will give you a far better service.
