I have not used this company (Plasticsheetsshop Ltd) but after reading negative reviews I checked the UK Companies House website. The Unaudited Financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2023 show on page 3 that the average number of employees for the year and the prior year was "NIL".....the monetary figures shown do not indicate a trading company of any significance........the shareholders are a chap and a company from the Netherlands with a UK registered office but a place of business in the Netherlands ...... "go figure" as the USA saying goes

Product is excellent
Product is excellent. Very happy with it. And delivery far faster than I expected. Only issue is the tool for designing the sheet and getting the cut-out on the right place was rather more confusing than I thought necessary. On the whole, really good.

On line issues finally resolved
I had real issues with adding cutting information on line, but it was finally resolved. Product arrived promptly and cutting is accurate and overall product is good.

Insufficient Packaging
Arrived fine, but I have worked with acrylic a lot and know how vulnerable it is to impact, and yet despite it being quite long, it was only in one cardboard wrapping and no “Fragile “ labels were attached. Am amazed it arrived safely.

Great place to get your acrylic sheets
I’ve ordered from here a few times now and the acrylic is great quality and the website is so easy to navigate through, making it a breeze when placing the order. One of the acrylic sheets I ordered arrived damaged during delivery, but after notifying the customer service team I received a new one only a few days later. They were really quick to solve my problem and made sure I’m a happy customer. Definitely recommend ordering from here for any projects!

Package never arrived.
Was at work when delivered was sent a picture of the package in somebody else’s porch. I don’t even have a porch. I know this is the courier’s fault but it’s how your customer service have been that has lead to the review. I phoned and of course agreed to sent pictures as proof which I did. Phoned back 3 days later as hadn’t heard anything. Was told to send again which I did as they were having trouble locating it. Phoned back next day and they looked at the pictures and agreed it had been delivered to wrong address,was told it had been sent to head office and as soon as they approved they would remake order. Heard nothing phone late next day was told that would follow up again but head office had not approved the reorder yet. Phoned next day and still no approval yet. So I’ve now asked for a refund. It’s been 7 days since it should have been delivered. I have phoned 6 times and emailed twice. I shouldn’t be this hard. Hoping my refund want take too long but I’m not holding my breath.

Evri have been waiting for 5 days to receive my order the website is very clever at disguising the fact you are ordering from Europe had i have know would have used UK based company to avoid all of this never again
It is now the 20th Feb Evri delivery service is STILL waiting for the parcel
Come on PlasticSheetShop REFUND my money so i can purchase within the UK TODAY hopefully for a delivery by end of week
Finally being delivered 21st Feb SO BEWARE your order will come from HOLLAND NOT THE UK you could be liable for import tax 20%

No issue with product, but poor delivery service
The items are as ordered, no issues.
Unfortunately I've had issues with delivery. £12.99 delivery should be next day, not 48hr plus weekend (I sell & post parts routinely at work). This made ordering on a Wednesday, notification of despatch on Thursday and receiving on a Monday not very efficient. My next issue is with UPS, but as such the courier that has been employed by the seller. I waited in, 10ft from the front door..... to then receive an email that I wasn't in and couldn't be delivered. Online and telephone escalation ended with waiting in until tomorrow for redelivery (not an option, as needed these plastics desperately) or go to a newsagents on the other side of town to collect, after 4pm, a round trip that took an hour of my day on top of waiting for a dishonest driver that never came to my front door.
Again, no direct flaw with company in question, but added negativity to the overall experience unfortunately.
