Terrible customer service. I would love for somebody to enlighten me on how £180 is justifiable for delivery of a few PVC sheets? When other comparable websites can do it for £10.
I emailed a query to the company to ask if this was an error and they have clearly just not bothered responding to me.

The plastic sheet arrived quickly. I was a bit worried when the parcel arrived as it was in a very battered state, but it had obviously been well packed at the factory and the contents were undamaged.

Abysmal customer service. This firm got my order out in one day then made the fatal mistake of using EVRI to deliver !
Since then they have promised on 3 separate occasions to get back to me with an update. They never did ! I e-mailed them - they ignored that too .
Caused a real headache and delay on a job now we have to cancel and find a reliable supplier. Great Job?

Very easy to get a fixed price for the HPL that I ordered, and I received the order within the stated time scale.

The ordering system is straightforward to use, and we will be ordering again should we be successful in our tender for replacing several (asbestos) fascias with HPL.

I used in for an interior door with a large window in it, in a student house. More expensive than safety glass much much easier to use and safer for the students.

Precision cutting, efficient delivery, excellent service

There was a hiccup on the delivery of my order. I contacted 'info' and it was very quickly sorted out. The delivery charges are a bit steep. Overall a satisfied customer.

The plastic sheet arrived very quickly and was fine. The adhesive I ordered at the same time took much longer and was followed a few days later by a second tube of adhesive that I hadn't ordered.

I was after a specific size sheet of recycled plastic sheet at an affordable price.

Through this company I was able to get the size I wanted, delivered at a good overall price.

My telephone discussion with Sean was very productive in regard to the feasibility of using HPL panels for part of a bathroom refurbishment project; various methods for fixing / installation to accomodate movement, optimum thickness for this application and edge protection from moisture in use were covered.

10mm thick white sheen finish HPL panels were chosen for the project as flatness in use and ease of maintenance is paramount.

The panels were ordered on the fabricator's website using the digital tools provided for inputting the panel dimensions and all holes and cut-outs required, centred using the x and y edges of the panels. A plan view is built up in stages with each input to give a visual to-scale display of the requirements. Some trial and error was involved in using the system and gaining confidence with the various inputs required (dimensional input is in centimeters and not millimeters as commonly used in the building industry) particularly for recording the locations for the holes and cutouts.

The fabricated panels were delivered 3 business days after the placing the order. Panels were well packaged, hence arrived in very good condition. The panels are very flat with no bowing, the cut edges precise and very smooth. The accuracy of the overall fabricated dimensions and positions of the cutouts and holes is exception.

The panels were fixed to a timber framework using screws. Stainless steel mirror screws with stainless steel screw-on caps was used in lieu of the powder coated colour matched screws available at the supplier. The installation proceeded without any issues and adjustments were not required.

A point to note: No adjustments are accepted when the order is placed, paid and confirmed. Ensure the inputs are checked and reviewed before placing the order.
