Everything was great. Fast delivery, unfortunately UPS screw up my parcel and it was a little bit damaged. Contacted customer service and I've got a new replacement. Thank you very much.

I ordered two sheets of 15mm HPL, these are heavy. The cardboard packaging was not enough to protect the corners and every corner on both sides of both sheets are damaged. Some with large chunks of material broken off.

I emailed support the moment I opened the package, including photos of most of the damage, I then chased up with another email two working days later. It is now almost a week later and I have heard nothing.

EDIT: after sending another email from another email address a refund was sent, so I have improved the review rating.

Order completed & goods recieved quickly and parts accurate and packaged well.

Very clear guides on the website. Cut perfectly and delivered in brilliant time. Couldn’t be happier, and will come back if I ever need more

Fast delivery

Ordered and paid for samples on 18 July, when they hadn't arrived after a week I firstly emailed and then, when there wasn't a response, phoned. Customer services were pretty useless saying the order would be delivered by Evri, kiss of death! When they still haven't arrived I contacte them again, this time the so called customer services agent was even worse, kept trying to pass the buck and claimed she couldn't get/give me any information. Exasperated I told her I wanted a refund, on principle, and an email confirmation. Needless to say that's one order they won't be getting. How are they still trading when they're so bad!

Great product, fast and efficient service. Also, the website is well designed and easy to use. Will definitely use them again.

Original item damaged. Sent photos on day of delivery 3 weeks ago and promised replacement and new order number by email. 4 PHONE CALLS AND 3 WEEKS LATER....nothing but apologies and promises and each time they have followed through with NOTHING. Most recent call was this morning...and AGAIN promised immediately confirmation by email and new order. It's now 8pm and still waiting... more lies! Absolutely disgusting unprofessional behaviour. I will try for the FIFTH time tomorrow....wish me luck.

Very misleading delivery times. Placed order on 26 June, with anticipated delivery period on or before 3 July. Order dispatched on 28 June. Dispatch confirmation stated that order would arrive in a few days. Received notification from delivery company, Evri that they were expecting our order on the same day. Order was only received by Evri on 6 July and delivered on 7 July.

We had placed an order in reliance that the estimated delivery period shown for each product was accurate. Due to the misleading delivery period we no longer have a requirement for the products ordered.

Good guidance to help choose the right product. Competitively priced, delivered on time and in full. Excellent communication.

The price was great and the shipment time was good; however, after sales support for resolving a damaged item was poor.

Well I need a small 104cmx53cm piece of acrylic sheet and was drawn in by the very reasonable price, expected to pay for shipping of course and was a bit reluctant to pay more for the shipping than the cost of the item, but then they hit you for the minimum charge surcharge, so for an item cost of just under 12 quid the total to pay was £45 - madness! Needless to say I didn't order it, went somewhere else

Horrendously innacurate delivery estimates. Order placed on 6th. Delivery estimate was 12th. Received on the 17th.

B2C Europe transport to UK and then Evri are used as the local courier. Evri confirmed receipt on the 15th. Sadly, their online tracking facility is very misleading. I spent a complete day waiting at home for a delivery that didn't happen. Grrrr...

I had taken 2 weeks leave to do work and effectively wasted a week waiting for materials. Very, very frustrating.

There was no mention on the website during the order process that items were being shipped from The Netherlands. I only found this out from Customer Service after contacting them about non-delivery.

I received 3x 'up sell'/follow-up eMails trying to sell me other products/asking how I liked my order. All before delivery even took place. This despite my asking for no unsolicited mail/to be removed from their Marketing Database.

Customer Service response has been fairly half-hearted with (I paraphrase) "If your order hasn't arrived in a few more days get back to us" and a "Sorry but at least your order has arrived now". Not even an offer of some sort of compensation for this complete fiasco.

This has been an absolute nightmare. Totally unacceptable. Had I realised my order was being shipped from Europe and would take so much longer than estimated, I probably wouldn't have ordered from plasticsheetshop.

Which is a shame because the materials themselves were of decent quality and cut to requested specifications. Hence the One Star.
