Deep clean - 5 stars

Two lovely girls came to do a deep clean of my house this morning, and did an absolutely fantastic job! Organising the appointment was easy, and the job was good value for money. I would definitely recommend using this company, as I would do so again.

This company came to clean my carpets…

This company came to clean my carpets on the 16th of September. They are dirtier now than before they cleaned them. We have spoken to head office and after a lot of being devious they gave me the phone number of josh the area manager for huddersfield. I have dpoken to him 4 times and he promised to call back. I have sent him photos of the carpets. That were supposed to have been cleaned. (I wish I could post them on here) this company are a disgrace I wouldn't let them clean my bin. Totally crap..Totally uncaring. They have been paid and that's all they care about. I will now go and rent a shampooed and do them myself. Totally avoid this crsppy company.

I have used these guys 4 times now

I have used these guys 4 times now, I call them instantly (when I get a bad stain) eg. dog urinating on a carpet or my son vomiting. The two guys who have come the last two times are super friendly and get the job done quick! Highly recommend this company!

End of tenency, all appliances, carpets deep cleaned and sanitised. They did an amazing job, it was extremely challenging, they finished, received our full deposit back today

Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs!
Their excellent website showed that they were a local Ely company - close to me. Their cleaners were said to be insured, trained and local. They make you pay 50% when booking and 50% when the work is done. £150 for 4 hours which is not cheap but,when you are expecting a really thorough professional clean, is ok.
The cleaner was supposed to arrive between 8 and 9am. A charming young man turned up nearer to 9:30 - from Slough, 96 miles from Ely!
We walked through the house together and I left him upstairs to get on with the job unhindered. I had to go out for nearly 2 hours and again for another hour, but my husband stayed home.
When I returned half an hour before the work was due to be finished the cleaner was scrambling around on the floor in an effort to wash it quickly and told me that he wouldn’t be able to do the living room but could come back another day for an hour if I so wished (from Slough? No way!) I did a quick walk through with him where he pointed out tops of doors and other similar areas that had been cleaned. I realised later that this was to distract me from the fact that he had actually done nothing except a quick hoover in very visible areas.
I paid him the £75 and let him go. I probably shouldn’t have because when I walked around on my own I could see that he hadn’t touched the bathrooms or any of the bedrooms. He said he would be cleaning the windows but didn’t - and the spiders retained the entirety of their webs.
I wrote to the company detailing my experience and told them that I would be writing a review but only after a few days to give them time to reply. They didn’t.
My advice is to avoid this company - it is fraudulent!

Edit. I responded to the company’s reply by sending them an email. They did not reply. As I suspected, their reply to my review was just to ‘look good’ with no substance behind it. I confirm what I wrote in my review.

Awful service, avoid at all costs!

Hired Anita for an oven clean, and she didn’t turn up on the day she was supposed to. Gave her a call at the end of the day and she said she was sat outside the property for an hour but no one answered the door. I was sat in my living room all day waiting and she seemed to have forgotten that she could have given me a simple phone call and I would have answered the door. She claimed that she didn’t save my number, which isn’t my fault at all, but didn’t stop her shouting down the phone at me for five minutes then hanging up because she got too angry. I managed to rearrange for the next day and she then turned up 3 hours later than planned. She shouted at my flatmate for not telling them there wasn't any parking, even though I definitely did and she obviously just forgot. She parked on double yellows and said we’d be liable for a parking charge if she got one, yeah good one! Average job on the oven and extractor fan, could have done better myself if I only had the time! AVOID

Thank you for your review, 1) Anita did show up on the time and date you required, even sent you a picture of proof, of your front door... even rang your bell that you said worked, BUT oviously didn't, then we turned up, NO PARKING, no one shouted at your flatmate, Anita asked about parking, and he replied *just park there! " £65.00 is the charge for a parking ticket in London, you were asked regards to parking when booking the job in, you replied" I'll sort it", we worked on the oven, but hadn't been looked after while renting the property. Infact it was a disgrace James..
Theres always two sides to a coin, thank goodness we can reply has a business.

Cleaned our carpet well, but let down by unreliable service

We had our carpet cleaned - George was very friendly and did a good job.

However, this was overshadowed by a no-show from the cleaner when the time came with no correspondence. After messaging them, was told they would be late, but eventually was asked to reschedule.

On the day of the second appointment, I was asked to reschedule again. On the third day the cleaner arrived over 2 hours later than the requested time, with no update until I messaged them.

Overall, this could have been a 5 star review but ultimately I had to take away 2 stars for poor time management and customer service.

Save Yourself the Headache

I would never use their service again. Similar to many other complaints. We agreed to a 1 pm and they called me 30 minutes prior to tell me they weren't coming until 2:15 pm. I took a taxi to meet them at 1 so I was stuck at the property. They finally arrived at 3:15 pm and then Anita told me the price was higher than her original estimate. I was stuck since our tenancy was the following date. She is only about getting more money and the clean wasn't very good. Save yourself a headache and hire a different company.

Thank you for your review, however, we explained traffic was up against us, also you explained that the property was a 4 Bed, 4 Bath, IT WAS HUGE, THE CHANDALIER WAS HAS BIG AS MY LOUNGE AT HOME.
you were extremely rude, and standoffish has we looked around, we spent over 6 hours each with 3 cleaners, and the clean was done to a professional standard, look on our other reviews!!!
Next time I suggest you give measurements of your home to cleaners, it would of been a lot more expensive, than what you paid.

Don’t even think about using them…

All I can say is stay VERY VERY VERY FAR from this company.

1. I arranged an end of tenancy clean up, it was almost £400 and they did almost nothing. We then had to complain and they send another cleaner who said they need a full day due to the fact that nothing was done. Third cleaner arranged. I couldn’t end my tenancy because of them. I emailed in a complaint on the 10th of September, after calls and calls they responded on the 29th of September and offered me £90 which hardly covered the expenses incurred.

2. I thought I would give them another chance, I arranged a 4 hour clean for this morning at 10am. They then moved it to 12.30. I REARRANGED MY WHOLE DAY to work around them. I rushed home from an appointment, no one pitched. I called and I was told they only coming at 2pm and actually I’ll only get 3 hours. NO ONE THOUGHT to call me or email me or text me and tell me about the time change and not a single apology was offered by the customer service or her manager even after I explained how I rearranged my day. They happy to take £150 but they don’t have the decency to call someone and tell them the cleaner will be almost 2 hours late.

I wish I could scream from the rooftops at how horrible these people are and how I would rather lick my floor clear then ever try use them again.

I hired Anita and team for an end of tenancy clean in Mayfair. They arrived on time and worked very hard with great attention to detail resulting in a fantastic job well done. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Had my carpet 'cleaned' today in the Fulham area. They were over an hour late, did not call to let me know. When I called to find out why they were late they gave me a rude excuse over the phone. Service very disappointing, carpet still has stains and dirt on it. Sent a message and she called me, very defensive like every reply they've had on here to negative reviews. Despite it saying on the website that their machines get out 'all stains', this is in fact false advertisement. Left a very damp smell thats made our flat smell disgusting. Noticed there is also an 'Alert' banner at the top of trustpilot to say they are a misleading company and they 'do not play by the rules' as they do not display up-to-date ratings on their website. If I could zero stars I would. Overall, incredibly awful service, avoid.

2) it's important carpets get hoovered, you said you don't own one 😳
3) we deep clean carpets, not replace them.
4) our machines the best money can buy, and it deep cleans to an high standard
5) we will be happy to return, but hoover your food up before arrival please.

Anita))) is the district director for Fulham, and I wasn't rude in the slightest, I was being honest to why the food bits where left, like I politely explained..... It deep cleans carpets, if a curry stain hasn't been treated, like wiped up etc..... Then we can only do so much to actually remove it, you did say it looked better.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service! Booked an appointment for a set time they never turned up I rang to find out where they were to be told I’d get a call back then had to ring twenty mins later got passed from pillar to post to be told that cleaner would be there two hours after original booking! No one could’ve rang to tel me that???! Demanded a full refund and cancelled the visit!

Do not waste your money on these…

Do not waste your money on these people. They charged in excess of £600 in order to smear dust and dirt across surfaces and windows rather than remove it. When I complained they sent one cleaner round for 2 hours to correct it - I’m guessing that might have cost them £30 tops. When I told them the cooker was still thick with grease they remarked that “it was only on the door”, so they must have known the state it was left in, and chose to do nothing about it. A complete waste of money. I would give no stars if that was an option.

In response to the reply from Platinum Cleaners which followed this review … as I stated in the review, I contacted Platinum Cleaners to complain, they had already noted the dirt on the oven and done nothing about it, they then sent one cleaner for 2 hours 5 days after I had moved into the house. I understood the point of an end of tenancy clean was to ready it before moving in. If it is a franchise operation they should have sufficient quality control. That is not my job, it is theirs.

Impeccable

The London team carried out an end of tenancy clean for me and I was amazed at how great a job they did. In all aspects: availability, communication; coordination etc they excelled and proved to be a highly competent and efficient team that left no stone unturned.

With a friendly “can do” attitude they were willing to tackle tough limescale, any grease or mould, resulting in a gleaming flat to hand back over to the agency with zero complaints.

I couldn’t recommend highly enough and I will now be a frequent customer for regular cleans going forward.

Anita and the London team!

Used these services previously, specifically the London team!
Just brought a new property with my partner.
Oven and carpets weren’t cleaned prior to move in!
The London team came in and cleaned both accordingly, I have now booked in to have the whole property cleaned and sanitised from top to bottom.
Plus I also got my deposit back… again!! I highly recommend Anita and her team based in London!
All of the team are more then welcome to come to our house warming party!!

Re-clean seems to have resolved the issue

Update on my 1 star . I would give 3.5 but can’t as after replied which took 2 days got resolved next working day 1st thing and looks so far so good .

I have had a 2nd clean to get rid of the musty smell left by the previous clean where the carpet cleaner left the carpet that wet took 3 days to dry and literaly smelt the whole House out can only describe as old gym Trainer smell . This clean seems to have done the job looks a million times cleaner and smells fresh which is a good sign also the carpet is slightly damp to Touch not wet through so fingers crossed It’s issue resolved . If my emails got answered the same day all this would have been resolved that day, However only waited 5 days for a re clean that’s due to weekend . Not bad tbh . Will update if any further issues

Good job by the London team

The London Team did a great job in helping me with end of tenancy cleaning, while I had left the property to move abroad. Despite some hiccups with the keys and parking permit, the team was resilient and flexible in order to complete the cleaning which, from pictures received, was carried out thoroughly and professionally.
