Very professional in in-advance communications and execution of cleaning.

Anita and Sharon from the London team came on a bank holiday to do an end of tenancy clean for me in Greenwich. They were prompt, worked hard for a few hours and the place was deep cleaned as requested. I will definitely use them again.

Very good carpet cleaners in town
I needed to have my carpet cleaned and looked on the Internet 'carpet cleaners near me'. I got this site and thought lets give it a try.
I called the number and spoke to Anita who was ever so attentive and patient to what I needed done. She told me George was going to be my carpet cleaner.
I called again later to change the agreement time because the first one was too early for me. She changed my time without any hassle.
When George came he was so professional and kind, he listened. He was very warm hearted and has a very good character.
I was very pleased with the job ge did. There was a small area were there was so much wear and tear and thought could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. I showed it to George and he run his machine again on that patch without any quibbles.
My carpet is clean and smeling fresh again.

Shocking service let me down the day before a deep clean. Claimed to have left a voicemail the day before offering to reschedule but nothing received. In any case the appointment was booked over two weeks prior, and 1-2 days notice unacceptable if at all. I am incapacitated and now cannot get another company at such short notice, with family coming to stay so I am really disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. Avoid unless you want to risk being let down.

The Platinum Cleaner London team were accommodating with last minute item removal for our End of Tenancy Clean. Carpets were very clean, and they did a great job with kitchen appliances.

So I've read some of the other reviews and must say I am very surprised by some of the comments because the LONDON TEAM that came to do my house in Greenwich from top to bottom were EXCELLENT. They spent the entire day here cleaning intensively - including the oven and carpets - and nothing was left untouched right down to the last decanter. I will definitely book them again - but hopefully it won't be necessary for such an extensive clean next time ! TIM
The two lovely ladies came on time done a very professional job Highley recommended certainly would use again Rory

I booked Anita and Sharon from the London team to clean my house prior to moving in. I couldn't be present on the day, as I had to deal with the removal men at the other end of the move.
On entering, in the few minutes I had before the removal men and electricians came in, I spotted several problems:
1. The living room floor was visibly dirty from the other side of the room. A quick sweep was all that was needed.
2. Kitchen cupboard doors had dirty marks, which easily wiped off.
3. The fridge contained multiple dirty fragments, which easily wiped off.
4. The sink in the first floor bathroom had a blue streak, which easily wiped off.
I know the team did some work (the extractor fan hood in the kitchen was filthy, and now it isn't), but I don't understand how they could miss multiple obvious things that were quick and easy to clean.
I would have rated 2 stars, but Anita has shown no interest in my complaint, and has already chased me multiple times for payment; it's only lunchtime on the day we agreed payment would be made, which leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

LEEDS.So, I've called them and asked for their service, because I needed the carpets from the house cleaned and they were happy to help. They took the deposit and after the weekend they were supposed to come. When the cleaning day came, a girl came by with a bucket full with some empty bottles of cleaning equipment and she asked what she can do for me. I told her that I've called just for the carpet cleaning and she said that she doesn't do carpets. I'm calling them again and explained the situation and they wanted to charge me extra for the carpets, because they said that I've asked for 4 hour ,,deep cleaning". I replied that they can check again the recorded call and they said that they will come back with a call. They never did so I've called them again and the same thing: ,,Our boss will call you back". He never did.
Personally, I don't like begging for my money back and I'll see, from now on, what I can do.
I even brought other company to do the carpets straight away.
Be careful with these guys, they are not serious at all.
Eventually they refunded the money.
Had my 2 bedroom flat cleaned following completion on the purchase of the property. Excellent work from the London Team cleaners Anita and Sharon friendly and provided efficient service. Aware company as a whole not using Trustpilot properly but Anita and Sharon are the exception from my experience.

I think these used to be No 1 Carpet Cleaners but due to the number of complaints in reviews have changed their name or gone bust. If you were considering using them please don’t. Even Trustpilot themselves are warning they are not playing by the rules.

Various issues that I’ve found from a franchise are 1. Inconsistent pricing/ charges for time, 2. Selective delays in answering of calls, 3. Critical of condition of property instead of accepting a guest complaint, charging a minimum of 3 hours despite not actually being there that long and 4. Leaving a cleans to the last minute, turning up later than promised, which then causes a panic
5. Breach of contract/ trial period.
6. Arrogant manner, ( but I deal with all types, so just a minor issue)
As for the cleaning a property, I was happy enough, as it’s done at a distance and I rely on the feedback from the cleaners and their services, but what counts as a ‘service’, is what happens when things go wrong, which in the AirBnb type business, is usually a regular occurrence.
Context:
In AirBnb / Hospitality we are in an industry where complaints about cleaning are used for obtaining refunds and consideration for the amount of surfaces requiring cleaning in a short space of time has to be put into context, before making a decision on their validity.
So complaints about cleaning have to be taken based upon the evidence provided, which can take a little time if images are requested, which they are in all cases.
But my guests didn’t feel that they had received a good enough service and sent me a text of their concerns, which I then simply forwarded on to the franchisee, which I explained would be done upon commissioning of their services, it’s just routine and maintains transparency.
At this point, a service provider is put to the test and in this case, i got a knee jerk reaction, that causes me a great deal of concern about any business.
I got a response I wasn’t expecting, which contained the phrase “don’t point the finger at me”, even before the photographs had started arriving, instead I got a list of reasons they wouldn’t accept any type of criticism which described my property as “shabby “ and then I was informed that there was additional costs to achieve an AirBnb standard of clean, which based on that comment, i can only assume I have not been getting.
I then tried to keep an open mind and forwarded on the company comments to my guests, who kindly jumped to my defence and responded in writing that in their opinion the cleaning was the issue and not the property and the level of service received was poor, followed by a series of photographs to back up their claims.
I then forwarded on the images to the franchisee, who at this point appears to have switched their eyes off and once again doubled down on their criticism of the property, but this time described it as “filthy” and said they wouldn’t be helping me going forward with my business.
Which begs the question…
How do you “unfilthy” a property, when the cleaning company won’t accept they provide a poor service?
So to anyone reading this, I would make sure when dealing with this company that you take any commitments from them with a pinch of salt, they have left me high and dry in a peak period, criticised what they have been willing to previously clean and be paid for, had unstable prices, used various business names and at the first complaint from a guest abandoned all semblance of acting in a professional business like manner.
So I’ve read these comments in a detached frame of mind and shown them to a few of my peers, who have a range of opinions, ending in basically good riddance to a bad, unprofessional service.
The franchisee is called Joanne, who covers the North Wales / Chester areas, so as for anyone else who runs a franchise, I know this may not be a level of service you provide, but your business may be tainted by this review.
But if she is following the company’s systems manual for dealing with complaints, which is probably similar to AirBnb’s procedure, it need urgently reviewing.
Images and transcripts are available to all that has transpired, so I’m up for a day in court, this is a woeful business to deal with, but their cleaning seems quite good.

Lovely London team sorted my oven right out, very forgiving for its current state and left it looking brand new! Ladies very lovely too

A few problems with arranging booking times which, to be fair, is a problem with a lot of companies, just now.
Otherwise, cleaner turned up, was courtious, and did a thorough job - at a competetive price. It was only two rooms. Other local cleaners declined this small job. Satisfied customer.

Sparkling clean - wonderful!
Thank you so much Anita and Sharon the London team! Brilliant.

I recently moved into a new property and the London team provided a deep clean (end of tenancy). They were very thorough and cleaned the property as if it was their own. They were very professional, friendly and easy to liaise with ahead of my booking. I would definitely recommend their service.

Sharon and Anita from the London team came to clean my range cooker and they were fantastic. The oven is literally SPARKLING and they were super efficient (and there was a lot of work there 🙈). I would recommend them to my mum.
