I booked Anita and her daughter to clean our flat and shampoo a rug. The flat was immaculate and the rug looked like new. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

It would have been a five star service had I got Cosmin and his co worker first! They really came along and saved the day. Did a fantastic job cleaning my five bed house, and did it promptly too.
They also cleaned my oven and carpet- all a great job overall.

Sharon and Anita were doing my neighbour’s carpets - I spotted them, grabbed them and they kindly came in to do my rugs! They’re lovely ladies who bring a sense of humour to their job and didn’t mind all the chaos at mine. Really appreciate how clean they got my rugs, and wouldn’t hesitate to book them in again now I know how good they are. Thanks guys!

I was shocked by the rudeness of a lady called Anita to whom I was referred. I am disabled and I said I presumed their company moved furniture in order to clean carpets to which the answer was “No”. I politely asked: “How can you clean carpets if you don’t move furniture?” and I told her I was disabled and my job would require moving a chest of drawers. She responded in a very curt voice by saying that “if you don’t want to use us, you had better look elsewhere”. I was so shocked by her total lack of consideration. I am wondering how they get any business with an attitude like that! I have found another company who assured me: “Of course we can move furniture, Madam” and I booked them for the following day.

Had an end of tenancy clean with the London team and they were fast and efficient! Highly recommended!
