We really like the hot tub, especially the touch screen and the use of 3 pumps and a 24/7 circulation pump. Enough power out of the jets!
The only minus point is that the connection snap on of the filter cover broke of, probable needs to modify this , it is easy to break of, contacted my dealer and hopefully it is covered under warranty.but overal it is a goid tub.

We are loving our new tub just installed this week during the coldest week of the winter season. The tub is quiet and heats quickly. The Bluetooth stereo is very nice as well. Spa Warehouse did the install and were very professional and efficient. They showed us all the features to ensure we knew how to properly use the tub as well as the chemicals to add for various reasons. All in all it was a great experience.

Bridget. She is phenomenal, and I honestly don’t believe I would have went forward without her. The installation was a breeze and flawlessly executed, and the hot tub is so amazing we can’t stay out of it!

Both Brian and Eric patiently answered all of our questions with knowledgeable experience. Very thorough without over speaking or being too technical. It was a very good experience for my wife and I.

Did not spend enough time explaining control panel…. Guy was in a hurry to get to next job… Other than that we love our new jacuzzi!

Great rep at valley pools . Very knowledgeable and made the process very smooth. Delivery crew was super. Not an easy spot to get this to and they pulled it off.

Family Pool Maintenance crew was great and the tub has been enjoyed by the whole family.

I am just in the process of setting up my hot tub. Very frustrating that it does not come with a printed manual. Having to print everything was very frustrating. It also took me forever to figure out my control panel - what type - which I again had to print out. I am older and the print is small and cumbersome.

I was frustrated trying to work out how to unlock my spa, with the wrong instruction manual and at the end of my tether when I rang in to Platinum Spas with no more than the fact that this was the name written on my spa. Baudouin Nana helped me sort it all out using photos sent via WhatsApp and emailed me the correct manual shortly after. What a superhero and all done with kindness and patience 🌞 I wish every company where the public need hands-on technical assistance people like Baudouin Nana. Thank you!

We do love our Refresh Platinum spa. We were previous hot tub owners, and decided to purchase a smaller hot tub this time around for my husband and I. There are a few features that I wish Platinum spas would make easier.
1) Only 1 Bluetooth device can be connected for music. My husband wanted to play music from his phone. When he was gone, I wanted to play music from my phone. The hot tub will only work with 1 Bluetooth device (first connected) even if that device is not nearby. We had to restart the hot tub to use my phone, then restart the hot tub to switch to my husband’s phone.
2) Drain disconnect is very hard to use. We pulled out the connector, drained the spa, couldn’t get the connector to hide again (flush with the spa shell), and the landscapers keep hitting the drain disconnect cap with the weed whip (over time this will break off).
3) Filters are hard to screw in. There are 2 filters, and we clean / rotate them. It is difficult to align the hole and tighten. We have even tried different filter brands to see if any improvement.

Had a Tokyo model spa put in and love the jets and placements. The tub needed to be leveled on the concrete pad and wedges were used to level the tub about 1/4” and since then, many loud bangs and pops coming from under tub- suspect welds are breaking from the leveling. But the tub works great and is very nice to use for my neck and back therapy.

Really bad experience. I have (out of order) the second unit (Onyx) cause the original one, was defective and the leaks has no repair. Second unit was installed on September of 2023 (first one was delivered on May 2023), and since the installation, many problems (with this second unit!!) appears. One year after of the adquisition, I have no 1 day of relax on my Relax System.... And the history is not closed yet, with the basin empty, leaks, and opened by the technician for more than a month.
