Lee from Platinum did an excellent job on replacing my front door. Had a great attitude from start to finish I would highly recommend him. He was knowledgeable and helpful when I was making my decision without being pushy. The quality of the product and his workmanship are faultless. A very tidy and professional tradesman. Obviously the cost of a job is very important and I felt I got a top quality job at a competitive price. If you get Platinum Double Glazing to replace your doors or windows you will not be disappointed

Amazing company absolutely brilliant work and really lovely team who sold and fitted the windows for us.

Could not praise them any higher they came in at a reasonable price the instructions were clear what we needed to do with payments etc, the two fitters lee and lee were really lovely and were so helpful and most of all the quality of their work was second to none.

If your looking for new doors windows etc then don’t look any further as you won’t be disappointed with the quality work they produce and the windows etc they fit.

We’re getting more done soon as renovating an old house and they will be the first call to come and do the work.

Very professional from start to finish and the installation was quick and painless.
I would recommend this company.

Shaun and team done a great job! Shaun helped me with the initial design and advised on the best conservatory/materials that would suit my space. He also advised that one of my windows was a health/safety hazard as I had no means of escape in the event of an emergency. Lee was really helpful too and even tried to make the design a little more fancy. Throughout the whole experience they were always responsive to all of my queries/concerns.

I have had to contact them today (17.08.23) regarding a slight issue with a door on the conservatory which they are arranging to rectify for me, again a nice straightforward experience, no questions or fuss made. Would recommend them 100% for their customer service and workmanship.

Had some windows and patio doors fitted by this company nearly a year ago.
A problem occurred with one of the doors making a scraping noise.
Rang the company about it and one of the owners came out and fixed it, no questions asked.
It’s not often that you get such brilliant customer service in this day and age.

The company was referred to me by family & friends and I have to say they were pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process. Shaun dealt with the sales process professionally, the price was competitive, rather than the usual tricks other companies use of quoting a high price followed by numerous calls to sales managers to secure one time discounts. Lee and his colleague worked extremely hard & fitted the windows with minimum fuss & disruption. Would have no hesitation in using them again & would strongly recommend them as a company to deal with.

All our windows, front and back doors were replaced this week (June 2023) by Platinum Double Glazing. We are absolutely delighted with the transformation. It’s a big expense replacing windows and can be very stressful and you want to get it right. Where do you start to choose the right company? We approached 3 different companies for quotes. Platinum proved to be competitive plus we liked the rehau product and security provided. Shaun visited our home to discuss our requirements. He was very helpful, offering advice and suggestions and best of all there was no hard sell, no pressurising to make a decision that day. Such a relief. Even before we had decided to proceed with Platinum Shaun offered to visit us again as we couldn’t remember the design we had discussed at his initial visit.
The survey was conducted by Lee who took time to carry out the inspection, returning to double check all the details. Lee took great care and time to ensure he got it right. He has years of working in this industry and we welcomed his experience and expertise. The installation was carried out by Lee and Lee, both very pleasant, hardworking and trustworthy. It was a pleasure to have them in our home of which they were very respectful. We liked that the job was not rushed, everything was fitted with care and everything was cleaned, tidied up each day and taken away. They both take pride in their work and it’s important to them to get it done properly. Lee even suggested and helped with setting up Ring for added convenience and security. I can confidently recommend Platinum Double Glazing, you won’t go wrong, a definite five stars, justly deserved.

Although on the day of the install Lee and Lee were running slightly late but I was kept me informed. More over the communication throughout my interaction with the company has been first class. They have suggested improvements, correcting our choice of pattern glass and kept me abreast of all the work as it progressed during the install. Completed in double quick time and cost of all could not be matched by any other company (not even close)
In all a very satisfying interaction with an install that’s not often completed on a regular basis.
So would recommend to all if you need double glazing and will be sending them more work as my son’s extension completes.

After a lot of research we chose Platinum Double Glazing for our project of replacing 15 windows, 3 doors and some brick work. From the first moment we met Shaun we were impressed how open, honest and straightforward he was compared to our previous experience. He really did understand our needs and what we wanted, he listened to every little bit of detail, there was no pressure there what so ever, no scam, no cunning, we felt extremely comfortable talking to him. The project was a long one and required a lot of patience and dedication however Shaun and Lee were very professional and dedicated to it every step of the way providing a first class service. We felt reassured and listened to during the whole time. For added peace of mind they provide Guarantee Insurance backed up by an independent Home Improvement Deposit Protection and FENSA certificate. Lee is a master at his work, exceptionally professional; nothing was too much for him. He fitted the windows and doors all by himself, leaving the house clean at end of the day as he found it, really impressed. First class products (Rehau and Rock door), impeccable time of execution, first class team. We highly recommend Platinum Double Glazing and have already done so to our friends.
