Excellent service and really happy with the end product.

Had visits from both the sales team and Lee from the installation team, who very kindly and patiently went through various options with my partner and I to ensure the product we ordered was what we wanted.

I particularly appreciated the option to visit houses that were being fitted with new windows, as opposed to just visiting a showroom. This showed me the high standard of the finish that I could expect and allowed me to speak to previous customers about their experiences with Platinum.

A fast, efficient service with a physical premises that can be visited should the unlikely event of a problem arrives.

This is the 3rd time we use Platinum, never been disappointed with this company. Great communication and unbeatable prices. The work is done quickly and well no matter the weather! I couldn’t have asked for a better finish on my new front door and has since replaced my bathroom window aswell. After contacting various Double Glazing Companies we decided on Platinum Double Glazing to fit our windows and doors. That choice has been vindicated on many levels. In his personal visit, Shaun brought a demonstration window frame and gave us all the information we needed on the Rehau, DoorStop and RockDoor products they install and their 10 year Mechanical and Security guarantees. The guarantees are backed up by an independent Home Improvement Deposit Protection and Guarantee Insurance for added peace of mind. We were given projected delivery and fitting dates and a very competitive price, all of which were adhered to. When it was time for the installation we couldn’t have been more impressed with the expertise, efficiency, quality, consideration, attention to detail and professionalism of Lee & Lee who worked so well together in extremely cold weather to get the job done. It was a pleasure having them around, and they did a beautiful job. When the days work was completed the house was left clean and tidy and we were kept informed of the plan for the next day. Lee made the experience really easy, he explained all of the different options of doors. Lee & Lee turned up on time, they were very professional and explained every part of the process. Demonstrated how to use the doors. When they were finished they measured up another job for me so I will definitely be using them again in the future.
