Where do I even start, shaun come to my house and spoke to me and my husband about having new windows and doors in, we had other companies come as well, but did not have the same experience as we did with this company, not only was Shaun full of experience he really did understand our needs and what we wanted, he listened to every little bit of detail that we wanted, there was no pressure there what so ever, we felt extremely comfortable going with this company, we then meet the team, well lee and his team are amazing, could not do enough for us, the windows and doors are amazing they worked so well as a team got on so well with each other and they really do enjoy there job, Lee spoke to me telling me what his plan of action was with the house with every step so I really was involved and I felt in good hands, there was no rush about getting the job done nothing like that, after the windows and doors was done lee and his team cleaned up everywhere I’ve told all my family about them and now my friend is having her windows done with the same company, you really need to meet them to understand what I mean, they was fantastic and now my windows have been in over 6 weeks now and not had no problems just a lot of compliments thank you again for your amazing work, for being so nice and friendly and so very experienced in the job you do! It was a pleasure to have you in my home doing my windows and doors

Professional work, great workmanship
I asked Platinum Double Glazing to replace a sliding door. Shaun came round to explain how it all works, the different options and guarantees. From the get go, I could tell that they were a professional outfit as everything was documented in duplicate with copies handed to me there and then. They kept me updated in terms of when the doors were ordered, when the survey would happen and then the fitting. The fitting itself was very well done despite challenges with the structure. They showed up early and got going quickly. The fitters were very experienced and it was actually quite enjoyable watching how they work. Everything was done well, they tidied up after themselves and I am very pleased with the workmanship. Highly recommended!
