Can't contact you,need to send controler back,got wrong one,how do you go about getting refund.

Didn't realize when ordering that it was coming from the far East
This meant it would take 2 weeks before delivery.
On the plus side the company was very good at keeping me informed of its tracking....so customer service was very good, and when it arrived it was well packaged and the item was as described

Kept informed along the way and the controller is great.

Ordered my son a PS4 controller in red camouflage. It came promptly enough but it was a red see through one they sent. After a couple of days the charge didn't hold and some buttons and toggles sometimes wouldn't work.
Can't contact them and am very disappointed with this company!

Recently received a Ps4 controller that works as it should with no damage from delivery. Will 100% buy again in the near future.

Just received an email from them asking for a review, the only problem is I’ve never ordered from them and up until I got this email I had no idea they even existed. So they’re spamming people and asking for reviews hoping the more gullible people write reviews not knowing they haven’t actually ordered anything. They are undoubtedly a scam and you will most likely not get whatever you order from them.

No replies to emails and controllers are poor quality. Do not buy from here

Waited weeks to then be told its sold out. I'll never buy from again.

Ps4 pad is fake £47 for a pad what a joke my kids was so up set to resev a fake pad what ar you doing people hop you get shut down.

I still have not got my controller i should of gone to the shops and got 1 😭🎮

I can't believe the trouble this company has gone to cover where they are based. I bought a controller and docking station from them thinking I was buying from a UK company. I attempt contact on there page . You fill the form in and all you get is some Spanish reply and the contact can't be sent . So I emailed the company from the email confirmation, I got an immediate reply saying the email wasnt manned . Then before I could get even more angry I get an email message from Julie who says don't worry your orders been dispatched. I asked her when delivery is likely to be she said 10 days, so I explained I had paid for fast delivery!! So after 5more emails back and forward with me asking each time were they were based eventually wur Julie admitted that they are based in China. Who would have thought it ,🙄 why have a Spanish message service that doesn't work?? I'm not saying don't buy from here . Just know you're buying from China and do t expect your good before 15to16 days after you order.
