DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Sold me a faulty controller. Sent an email to rectify with no response. They send you a email to leave a review but when you click on the link it says thank you for submitting your review. They trick you into clicking the link and that automatically leaves a good review. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Do not buy from this site. PS4 controller does not work, probably a fake as other people have suggested. Return and refund requests have been ignored.

They sold me a fake ps4 controller as mine broke they are advertising them as real but after using it for a short period of time it’s easy to tell it’s not real, they answer my emails telling me if it isn’t broke they won’t reimbursed one person told me the controllers are real and another told me there affordable working controllers it’s always “Julie” or “Ana” complete scammers selling the controllers in fake boxes with fake instructions really sick to think there scamming 50%+ of kids needing a controller for there ps4s, the controllers make a beep sound which is not normal, they vibrate very differently the analog sticks are really loose and aiming and movement in game is really slow and bad definitely a scam they have set up using a prior company name, on my statement there company is called WWA COMPANY currently operating website Play-Control

I ordered a sony playstation 4 controller as advertised on their site. The picture reviews on their site all show genuine sony products. I only ordered from these as they were out of stock everywhere else in the uk in the weeks up to xmas. I paid extra for priority shipping. I had second thoughts when there was no paypal payment option but when your grandson needs a new controller for xmas....
I emailed the company when I placed the order to say that I wanted the order cancelling if they couldn't guarantee the order would arrive before xmas. needless to say it didn't arrive in time and when it did it is absolutely fake.
I have since emailed and asked for a refund.

I'm really annoyed with myself for falling for this nonsense.
I don't see any point returning it as its going to cost me shipping and no doubt it will go 'missing' and I'll never see the refund.
I do intend to report this to trading standards. That will make me feel better if nothing else.
There is no indication that the shipping is from china unless you consider the relatively odd use of English on their website.
If i'd read their terms of service prior to ordering I would never have bothered ordering... its worth a read! French law eh!

This is their reply to the email I sent regarding fake goods and refund.

Please have a look at the address given below and this is our return address where you can send the product back, when we will receive it from your side, our inspection team will check and assist you accordingly. Please just ignore the return slip. Thank you.

Also please try to send us a record of your returned parcel (Picture of receipt) so we can track and check its status. You would need to pay the shipping charges yourself.

They also have this , obviously copied from someone elses scammed website , as their return policy...no paintings for sale on their website! ( Even more annoyed with myself now!) Hopefully other people will have more sense than to purchase from them.

They took £40 from my account. They said 7 working days and it has been 9 now and I need the money to get something for my sister. I always email but never get a reply

FAKE controllers from China.
Reading their t&C's looks like they have taken from another company, as they are talking about paintings!
Avoid scammers!
Won't reply to messages to return.
