New Piano Player - Very Happy!!
This program is so great for me as a brand new piano player - it really steps you through how to play the piano as well as read music. Looking ahead to to the advanced songs though I think I will still be using it for music once I have learned to play well! Initially my computer audio settings weren't matching the program and the sound was out of sync with the sheet music on the screen but I contacted tech support and they very quickly helped me fix my settings and now it works perfectly.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I bought an annual subscription in the Black Friday deals for myself and my daughter loved the lessons so I wanted to get her a subscription too. However, I then noticed that there was a buy-one-get-one-free offer which would have been less, so I was kicking myself. However, I emailed Playground explaining what I wanted to do and they were extremely accommodating and allowed me to just pay the difference between the discounted single subscription and the BOGOF offer. I was very impressed as I'm sure other companies would not have been as flexible.

I was able to track delivery of my keyboard which was convenient. It arrived in an unmarked box which I appreciated with so much package theft. It was well packed and everything arrived in good order.
