My order has never arrived, and customer service have already ignored 15 consecutive messages. They show no interesting whatsoever in replying.

When things go well, all is well. We see the true character of a person (or in this case, company) when things don't go smooth.
For Christmas I bought some Playmobil sets for my kids. It seems the packaging line works by weighting the parts, to make sure all the parts are in the package. For me, one of the parts was double and the asymmetrical one next to it (they are halves of a tower) was missing. So the number of parts was correct, the weight was correct, they just didn't fit together.
I have contacted customer support and have received the correct part.
The quality of the sets is very good and we're enjoying the sets very much.
