I bought the quad online it looked like the perfect bday gift for my son it arrived on time however some screws were missing which unabled me to assemble however playtimes customer service were quick in sending me screw once build I took my son out and it broke after 10min of use due to poor design of back axel very flimsy couldn't hold the weight of a 3yr old

We paid for our climbing frame in April and expected it in May. May became end of June; then mid-July. It finally arrived on the 31st July. In fairness my e-mails were responded to and I received a 10% refund, but I (and my excited children) would rather have had prompt delivery. Once it arrived the wood and instructions were all there. We were missing some screws and bolts so had to buy more ourselves. There are also no stakes included. Overall this has been a bit if a stress, The product is fine but we wouldn't use Playtimes again.

Item delivered as described after excellent customer service response following a pre order query. I would use Playtimes again for sure.

im very happy with the trampoline and the prompt delivery BUT the lack of information about a delivery date was a big issue, i also emailed customer services and got no reply whatsoever which in my opinion is just not acceptable

Playtimes has an easy website to navigate and placing and paying for our order was very efficient. Delivery was made by a very polite courier the next day. I'd have no hesitation in buying from this company in the future.

From placing my order to the 48hr delivery by dpd. It was straight forward and hassle free. There are plenty of products to choose from and very good quality. My kids love the Happy Hopa bouncy castle.
