Really poor - order cancelled and they sat on cash for 7 days AVOID

Order placed £200 paid and confirmed that they could deliver within 3 days. They Held on to money for 7 days and will be 9-10 before I get paid back. Sent very basic email after 7 days saying order closed and sorry for inconvenience! Could not deliver as items were out of stock this was at 7.30pm ... Items still showing as in stock at 10.38pm. But hey it's only a special day for my kids they ruined by not delivering and I gave them one weeks lead time and confirmed they could deliver in 5 days max. So perhaps they are just slapdash or want to drag some other poor suckers in and sell them product they don't have in stock and sit on their money for 7-10 days too.

So no items delivered after over £200 spent with them and a very basic one line email from someone called (name) ( possible customer service made up name) perhaps I can show [name]s email to my kids when they wake up tomorrow morning! I am sure they will understand that [name] is sorry for any inconvenience when they should be playing out on their new trikes And so playtimes.co.uk cheers for your "excellent customer service" I feel like a very valued and special customer now!

So my recommendation to trust pilot readers is avoid this company like the plague... Go to any of their competitors but avoid "plague times.co.uk". We are now awaiting delivery of the same items for our children from a trustworthy, bona fide and well established competitor of "plague times".co.uk

PS they don't have a designated customer phone line compliant with current Ecommerce and distance selling regulations (think your own eBay sellers page) they just have a message telling you not to ring them or send repeat email messages so if you do have a problem you chase them! Great customer service eh?

All the signs here of a business with "issues". My only hope is that they do go bust and all end up signing on then they can't feck any other kids special day up!

I am only sorry I had to waste "one star" in the rating scale because trustpilot wouldn't let me leave zero but it's one star believe me they don't deserve.

AVOID! And place your business with one of their competitors! You'll be glad you did!!

Awful service. Do not buy from Playtimes!

I ordered a Plum swing from Playtimes. It arrived with more than half the pieces missing. The courier just left it on the drive way. We did not sign for the package. Package was damaged. 3 months on and this has not been resolved.
Awful customer service. They don't even have a phone number to call.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM PLAYTIMES

Very Dissapointing Service-Let Down !

I chose Playtimes to order a trampoline for my daughters birthday following some positive reviews. Sadly, whilst I may be in the minority, when it goes wrong, it goes wrong. Poor response and communication overall, summarised purchase as advised to Playtimes last week, no reply though.
I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with the overall experience and communication with no offer of customer service whatsoever. Ordered from stock on the 27/6, showing in stock. A reply several hours later saying not in stock( but still showing in stock at that time on the web).

An offer of an alternative which is not to the same standard as the original, delays in answering my questions on lead-time and not responding within your own timescales. Stating a delivery of within 2-3 weeks and then not honouring this. No apparent concern at going beyond the call of duty to rectify a problem.

This is truthfully my worst ever experience as an internet purchase and I am extremely disillusioned with the service offered by Playtimes. I will now have to pay extra to achieve the present for my daughter’s birthday, having felt the matter was in hand over 2 weeks ago.

Ordered and Delivered with 24 hours, quality service!

Ordered a trampoline cover from Playtimes eBay shop, I was kept fully up to date which the order which was delivered next day even though it stated 48hr delivery. I even got a phone call from the delivery driver as I was not home as to where to leave the package. Thoroughly recommended business will definitely use again! A+++

Love this trampoline as does my 7 year old son who had it for his birthday, well made and looks good too.

Really pleased with this purchase and great service received from Playtimes. Timely delivery and everything included as advertised. Thoroughly recommend this trampoline which was purchased for our 7 year old son. The bounce is very good and the safety enclosure is very sturdy unlike several others that we looked at which were very flimsy, the hoop at the top helps to keep it in position. No problems encounter by my husband and his father who put it together in about 3 1/2 hours. Great for adults to!! Definitely worth the money and has made my son really happy.

Steer clear of this company! They do not deliver the goods and have appalling customer service

I have never had the misfortune to deal with such an incompetent company!
Firstly they take your money without ensuring they have the goods in stock. - I ordered a climbing frame, which though I was told all the parts were delivered, when it came to building it, half were missing.
Then there is no phone number, so you have to deal with everything via email. But they do not reply, and if they do it is at least a day later and often with a rude and surly tone.

It has been a month since my order was taken (and the money left my account) and I have only just received the goods.
The company would not offer a refund until the goods were on their courier's van (which I understand) however the courier twice failed to show up, and when he finally did - one week later, he would not take the goods because Playtimes did not supply me with a box! Repeated emails to ask for a box went ignored - convenient!!

I have had no apology from Playtimes, no recompense, and absolutely no acceptance of fault on their part. In fact the tone has always implied that it is my fault.

I have spent so much time on email, trying to get hold of someone on the phone and so much stress over this company. I urge anyone considering buying a climbing frame to give them a wide berth. You have been warned!!
