Good service when ordering and they want your money but follow up service was appalling - well actually non existent! An item I ordered wasn't available so they returned my money but failed to offer any advice on when my item might be available. I emailed 3 times asking for advice but didn't receive any response at all and you can't call as they don't allow you to speak to them! Will never use play times again :-(

However it was damaged in transit and the company refused to send a new one out and insisted I take delivery - it was that bad even the courier told me to refuse delivery and they didn't want to deliver it. After telling them that there was at least 5 parts missing so far- was told to still accept.
I asked for a new one to be sent- the manager wouldn't allow it- but the manager wouldn't speak to me directly and left it for the customer sales staff to deal with. Their eventual outcome after countless phone calls was to refund my money - which took longer than they told me- and ask me not to order from them again! Still climbing frame- less and left stuck in the middle whilst playtimes and the courier battle it out!

Our Product has arrived after 3 missed delivery dates, we were advised that they had been let down by the 3rd party supplier and their specialist courier but it was eventually delivered by TNT so not sure what happened there. Haven't opened and checked our goods yet but as they are sealed it would be bad luck and not service to blame if there is anything missing / broken.

Ordered on 20th May said in stock 48hr delivery. It was for so s bday 29th. The payment was taken but then nothing. They have no telephone number to contact them on all is via a contact form or email. After filling out contact form on line and emailing loads of times with absolutely no response whatsoever I thought they had gone bust. My so s bday past and be didn't get his scooter. My husband found a number on line after trawling for many hours and spoke to someone on the 4th June who said they had replied!! And it would be delivered on fri 6th June. They said the replies must have gone to spam!! Well they I had had absolutely none. So seventeen days later after placing the order got the product which is good but very poor non existent service...

I ordered the trampoline in the afternoon and it was delivered the next day! I had been let down by another company and needed a trampoline quickly for my son's birthday. Playtimes.co.uk really came through and got me out of what would've otherwise been a bounceless trampoline party!!!

I read reviews on this website before I bought our climbing frame. Read a lot of negative reviews about customer service so was anxious when I came home to only find part of my order. I used the email to explain my problems and the response was quick and reassuring. In the end the order arrived in 3 separate deliveries but my contact with the customer service department was positive!

I bought this for my 6 year old birthday.its a lovely tramopline well made its a plum 7ft pink and purple tramopline with a enclosure a new design. My daughter loves it . The only think I can fault is the enclosed is very tight hard to zip it up.

So much for customer service. After emailing several times (as there is no way of telephoning), website says all emails will be answered within 48 hrs after 5 days I'm still waiting for a response. First time using Playtimes will not use again

We ordered a double swing. Delivery was very quick . My husband put it together and kids where on in with in an hour. It has very thick tubing for structure with easy bolts to put together.
The only thing i would say is that the rope on the swings can cause rope burns as my children found out after half hour of playing on it. They now where gloves.
I would highly recommend this company.

Really pleased with the trampoline. Speedy delivery. Good quality. Took about 2hours to erect. Kids love it.
Only thing was that I was not able to track my order. I was told it would be delivered either Thursday or Friday- but probably Thursday. Would be a much better service if the item could be tracked so the customer knew what day to expect it and wouldn't need to take unnecessary days off work etc.

Upon opening the package and going through the parts we realised there was a part missing and some wrongly coded parts. I contacted the email customer service address immediately and received a response very quickly to call a number. I did this straight away and kept reaching voicemail. After a number of tries I left a message and contact number for them to call me back. I also sent a reply back to the email stating I had left a message and also gave them my contact details. Nearly 4 weeks on I have yet to receive any further contact from playtimes. We have had to make the missing part ourselves to ensure our children are able to use the pyramid climbing frame rather than see them disappointed. In short I would not buy from this company again.

The whole experience from ordering to the goods being delivered was trouble free and everything arrived on time. Very impressed with the whole process. The swing frame is very good quality and very study, should last a long while. The child's swing seat was very complicated to work out how the ropes should go but we got there eventually. Can't say how easy the frame is to assemble as it hasn't stopped raining since we got it!

Product just as per the description online. The delivery was very swift and efficient. 3 day delivery form date of order. Would definitely use this company again.

Ordering was easy peasy and pre-Sales support was excellent. Unfortunately the promised 2 day delivery turned out to be 3 days which threw my plans a little as I'd booked the day to receive the trampoline and put it together. Possibly a courier issue but annoying nonetheless

After purchasing the trampoline i was hugely excited to receive the items within 2 days - perfect service, or was it! Only half of my delivery arrived, i have now been waiting over a week and am still unsure when the next half of the delivery will arrive. The occasional email i am receiving from the company does not commit to when the items will be received, i still therefore have no idea! At first i was excited by the company and the excellent service, but as soon as something went wrong, the lack of communication and waiting has been appaling. I hope others have received a better service.

Ordered Monday evening, delivered Wednesday morning. Product (plum Whirlwind trampoline) was significantly cheaper than from other outlets. Product arrived in immaculate condition. Would definitely use playtimes again.

Item as described. Confusing despatch info, but delivered promptly in 2-3 days.
