Great customer service

I was really pleased with the communication. My emails about delivery were replied to very quickly and I was very pleased with the item delivered. Will definitely use again

Very easy transaction and delivery was super fast. Ordered Sun evening and delivered Tues morn. Cant ask better than that. Trampoline has now been erected with no problems. Would use this Company again.

There is no other trampoline on the market that matches this one!

The reason we decided to purchase this trampoline was because we like the idea of the springs being outside the netting therefore not at risk of a child landing on the springs, standing on the springs and either damaging themselves or the springs. We are completely delighted with the quality of the trampoline, very smart and really springy!! Our daughter has managed to achieve her back flip with a day of practicing so is thrilled!! Took a while to assemble - tricky getting legs attached, in the end we tipped the trampoline on its back and attached them that way - much easier!! The black looks so smart next to our black weatherboard barn - very chic!!

do not except phonecalls. do not respond to emails

2/3 boxes delivered friday. Emailed. Dont respond. My kids bought a trampoline with no springs, no enclosure.
I have emailed 3 times. Went direct to plum products in the hope of finding out whats what. On hold for 1.5 hours! Told I was missing box 2 of trampoline and someone would contact me. This was monday...still heard nothing by wednesday. I am gutted with 2 overexcited children who are getting more and more disappointed.
Any company that have an answer message stating they no longer accept phonecalls know they run a poor service.

Incomplete and wrong parts delivered and unhelpful customer service

My climbing frame was part delivered (4/5 components) however on checking the parts we did receive, we found some of them to belong to a completely different climbing frame. It is frustrating that there is no customer service phone number as I want to speak to someone to get the rest of my order delivered NOW! i have had one reply to my online complaint but am now not getting responses to my follow ups. Good job I paid on paypal as I am thinking the rest of this isn't going to come at all and I will have to claim back my money through paypal. Beware of this company - they are impossible to contact...

Good price but poor service

Ordered a trampoline which was supposed to arrive next day delivery. 4 days after the email to say the item had been dispatched, I phoned the courier to be told it hadn't been dispatched and to contact playtimes. I emailed them and was told it had been dispatched and that the courier was slow to update tracking information.
3 hours after receiving the email, the courier had updated the tracking information to say it had been collected and would be delivered the next day.
Poor service from playtimes, no apology although clearly they had not yet shipped the item...........

It is always deeply disappointing when you expect something quickly and it doesn't arrive on time, so I sincerely apologise for that.

The item that you ordered was sold on the basis that delivery takes place 48 Hours following dispatch and should have been with you on Friday.

The one thing that I can assure you of is that everything had been done at our end and the subsequent delays were a combination of issue with the supplier and our own courier.

In reference to your last sentence, this really isn't the case - this was an item that was being sent to your directly from Plum Products and we had not been told that there were any delays with your item. If the item hadn't been requested from Plum, we would have told you - if this were really the case you would still be waiting for your item as Plum have a huge backlog at the moment.

We have subsequently updated our expected lead times for all Plum items that come direct from them to avoid any further disappointment for other customers placing new orders.

SUPERB SERVICE

I ordered a climbing frame and it was delivered within 48 hours. Everything was included and the building instructions were very easy to understand

completel joke!!! useless!!

after paying almsot £300 for a trampoline to be told it would come the next day.... it didnt!! i was then told possibly tuesday ( 6 days after the first date) it didnt. i then put in for a refund and was told it would arrive the next day. it arrived and was not at all what i ordered! 3 boxes full of 3 different trampolines. its a complete joke, my children are very upset. stay well clear of this company!!

Brilliant service, no problems what so ever, would recommend.

Received order within 48 hours as promised, the swing went together very well,the grandchildren delighted with it, will get a lot of use. So pleased ordered another one for them to have at home. Brilliant service, although the delivery van broke down on its way to us they still arrived within the time. Excellent.

still not received my purchase!!!!

I purchased a replacement battery and was given a delivery date of last Wednesday.
It is now the following Monday and I still haven't received it.
Very frustrating! You come to expect true delivery nowadays.

Slow delivery

I ordered a replacement gear stick for my son's electric jeep.Because I'm out side the main land I was informed courier delivery was the only option at£ 25 .I agreed to pay and attempted to order no email confirmation.I attempted the order again and received a confirmation by email .19 March .Item finally arrived on the 10th of April by post not courier

Thought we'd been ripped off!

Bought a 12ft trampoline & accessories kit from Playtimes, as they had a good discount running for Easter. The website gave a delivery time of 3-5 days, and as I'd ordered on Sunday evening I expected delivery on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. On Friday I was starting to get worried so I emailed them, with no response, So on Monday afternoon I then looked online for a phone number, they do no take phone calls, only excepting emails, which they do not respond to! Fortunately our order was delivered a week later, but we never got a response from Playtimes, no email, phone call nothing. I would rather pay more for my items than deal with this company again, their customer service is non exsistant buyer beware!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service and price

product was as described and great email contract post purchase. Delivery was prompt ( excellent courier firm). Did take a few hours to put up which was totally expected, but I would invest in a good socket set as this speeds up tightening the bolts somewhat. Now we have very happy children and us adults love it too
