Really efficient very quick and great product

Purchased a Kettler go kart from Playtimes.co.uk, cheapest on the net by £60.
Dispatched same day as stated, delivered next day complete with tracking number and delivered within a hour stated in the confirmation email, so not waiting all day for the delivery.
Will definitely use again as good range of products and amazing low prices.

Ordered trampoline Thursday morning and it was delivered Friday. Very easy to put up, approx an hour with 2 of us. Kids couldn't wait to get on it, very pleased.

This product was a quarter of the price of the 'official' replacement skirt for my trampoline. It is almost identical and fits perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of giving their trampolene a makeover.

I must say those company are fantastic. Although i did have a problem with my product they helped me sort it out asap. Their customer service is fantastic and the product arrived very quickly.

Ordered a trampoline surround. Very keenly priced and no charge for delivery. Item received within 4 days of purchase. Pleased with the quality of item.

Bought a kettler go kart for £30 cheaper than any other online store. It arrived within days of ordering even though we live in the North of Scotland. Fantastic service, great price, good communication and free delivery = happy customer! Can't wait to see my sons face on his birthday on Saturday :0)

parts missing from box, sent replacements not the right ones,
got the part to fix the forks on then found that the bolts for the seat where the wrong ones.
in the end had to fix myself
this was for my sons birthday and in all not very happy.
would not order from them again..
the only plus is that they where helpful and quick to replace parts (wrong ones)..

Bought a pedal go kart (Kettler Suzuka Air) at very good price. Coupled with excellent telephone advice & delivery, I couldn't have asked for more. Two very happy grandchildren!

for perfection in the delivery and the instructions on my gas fire I would have found it easyier if the on/off switch had been made clearer
