Great experience with the Siren DXM 404
I bought a Siren DXM 404 size 5 bat for my son who was insisting on getting a GM bat for his 10th birthday. We live in Bengaluru, India and I tried searching for the bat everywhere in our country but it was not available in junior sizes. Finally I came to this website and made the purchase. The bat came to me in great condition, with toe guard, protective bat tape and was pre knocked. The best part was that it came within 4 days of my placing the order, well in time for my son’s birthday through DHL. It’s another matter that I had to pay 46% duty but I guess it was worth it. Thank you.

2 wrong cues sent
2 wrong cues sent. Ordered several items over a few weeks. One cue had the wrong size tip, listed incorrectly. Quick to return but then several emails to get my money back, PayPal action got things moving. The refund still took a week to clear! Another cue came as a 55", not the 57" I ordered. Awaiting to hear back about this one.

I love this conpany and how fast they ship the items. Everything the sell is high quality. The only thing that would improve there website would be better descriptions. Its hard to tell the quantity included in a price of an item. An example would be if im buying shafts. Will it include a set for the price on the website or just include one? Ive also sent an email asking a question about a product and I never received an answer. All and all still. A great company and have bought many things from them.
