Good product
Good product, good price. A dimension was missing and I left a question but this was ignored. I waited for a few days then did a WhatsApp question and this was answered accurately within a few minutes and then I could order. Everything went well with order and delivery. Button on the email to leave a review was dead too. All in all, a few IT problems but very pleased with the product, price and delivery.

No problem with Plumbing superstore, but FedEx was a problem
No problem with Plumbing superstore, but if they continue to use FedEx in our area, I will not order from them. Huge waste of money due to items being delivered to the wrong address.

Disappointing on this occassion
Order placed, then a few days later receive email saying some items out of stock.
I call and request items in stock be sent with other items to follow.
First delivery contains incorrect items.
I call and I am told to provide a photo of incorrect items then a return can be organised and correct items can be sent.
I provide photo.
Return label is emailed to me.
Then told correct items are out of stock.
I choose to change my installation to use incorrect items as now running out of time.
Difference in price between items has been refunded and other out of stock items have been sent.
Overall, disappointing on this occassion.
