Visited Plumbits today and recieved fantastic service once again from Andy the business owner. Andy went above and beyond today to help me out.The staff at Plumbits are very knowledgeable, helpful, and customer service is always 1st class. I will always recommend this company to others.

The staff working on the Trade and DIY counter offer an excellent service. They could not be more helpful. Recently I spoke to Craig and today I went in and saw Tony.
So many businesses offer poor customer service these days so it is refreshing to encounter your wonderful staff who do actually put the customer first!!

From the minute you walk through the door Julie and the team are both welcoming and professional. We were lucky enough to view the secret showroom, full of ideas that are both inspiring and practical. The layout prompts ideas and options then the team get to work creating something that works for you, providing a comprehensive design service including a virtual tour of your own bathroom. Well done Plumbits.

We have found Plumbits to be very helpful and knowledgeable. We have been in a couple of times to sort out what we want and haven’t felt rushed or pushed into having something we don’t really want. We are hoping when it all done it will be exactly what we asked for.

Popped in to the showroom not knowing what we would find but looking for real inspiration. Really glad that Julie spoke to us and offered to show us the secret showroom as the quality and style of the bathrooms really are a step up from those in the main showroom. Going back with our measurements and will be getting a new high quality, great looking en-suite in the new year to add value, features and character to our barn conversion.

Excellent service from Julie James. She spent a lot of time with me designing and choosing all the bathroom items. The whole team are very friendly and helpful. Had my new bathroom fitted by Steve Adams in February. Superb job. I have seen Julie again today to arrange a new downstairs cloakroom!

Today we viewed our CAD/3D design of our bathroom which looks absolutely amazing.
After visiting several showrooms and various company's it's safe to say we are so pleased we visited Plumbits.
The new Amy Jane showroom is beautiful.
Julie's attention to detail is outstanding, we are so pleased with how she has designed our bathroom and have her on board with us.
Looking forward to seeing the final result and having Plumbits with us throughout the project.

Went to have a look for some inspiration for our family bathroom. The Amy Jane showroom was absolutely amazing!

The meeting to plan the bathroom was longer than expected but Julie was kind and patient with us as we made decisions ( and then changed them).
The arrangement for the bathroom to be installed was made well in advance.
The men fitting the bathroom were polite, helpful, hard working and cleaned up each day.
The fixtures and fittings are a really good quality and the end product is fantastic.

Absolutely delighted with our bathroom. Julie James came up with a wonderful design, which turned out even better than we hoped. Julie and her team were always available to help when it was needed and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Would 100% recommend Plumbits. Go and see them and you'll know why.

Called in at the’parts dept.’ today for advice on replacing a damaged overflow from our condensing boiler. Excellent service as always, correct pipe and fittings supplied at a very good price.

Julie and the rest of the showroom staff have a tremendous attention to detail, and work hard at understanding and meeting your requirements. They suggest cost-saving ideas and do the complete opposite of upselling. The fitters, Darren and Aaron, are superb craftsmen who will produce a stunning result for you. That they do so with friendliness and good humour is a plus. Highly recommended,

The customer service I received was second to none, I have to most beautiful bathroom with high end products and I cannot recommend this company enough!

Fantastic experience all the way through. From Julie who came out to measure and get a plan of what we wanted to Julie who designed our bathroom to all the tradesmen who put it all together. We were able to plan our bathroom in the showroom , we were shown examples and given all the time we needed to choose everything. The trades men were all very pleasant and respectful of our property. All the tradesmen were very tidy and always left everywhere clean and tidy when they left. I have been very impressed with everyone at plumbits. And now I have the bathroom I’ve always wanted. Thank you

Good experience from showroom to completion. Workmen excellent, arriving each day at expected time and tidying up before leaving each day. Minimum disruption to water supply and hall and stair carpets covered for protection.
The finished bathroom is perfect.

Great, well informed service in the Show Room and especially when fitting. The fitters were exceptional. They were friendly, hardworking, punctual, very clean and tidy, experienced and very knowledgable. When problems arose they were quickly assessed and solved.

Excellent all round service. Had a great face to face experience. Assisted with the plans, product colour schemes and making sure the right product fitted into bathroom. Paid half until one of their recommended fitters was available . Paid second half the week before delivery. Free storage of bathroom at their own warehouse.
