Professional service with immediate telephone call back. Good to discuss options with a Building Surveyor directly on the phone. Booked a full structural survey on a property and it was carried out quickly. Survey Report received promptly and I subsequently called to chat some detail through. Alan was very helpful from the outset. His price was more than any of the other surveyor quotes I had but he was the most knowledgeable about old buildings. He made me feel confident about the survey and provided a detailed document which was really simple to read. Plumbstonesurveyors presented an RICS Level Two Homebuyer Report. The report was well presented and informed with useful photographs. I have received similar reports on other properties in the past and this one is certainly less "stuffy" being easy to read and provides good advice where necessary.
The only issue for me was the fact that Plumbstonesurveyors were unable to provide a market valuation but having said that comparable evidence is obtainable through property web sites.

I ask Alan to provide a damp survey for my house that I am wanting to sell.
He explained the issues and gave me advice on the best way to solve them.
