Had a car accident end of May 2020. Got in touch with PM Law, we were assigned Melanie as our solicitor. She has been nothing but helpful throughout the 2 years, she is so approachable and friendly. Found this company on the internet after searching for a company that doesn’t take money out of your claim if successful. My appointed solicitor was Lianne, and very helpful she was indeed. She acted swiftly was very professional and had my claim against my company sorted and paid out in about 16 weeks from start to finish. Most Impressed and grateful, highly recommended. I used PM Law after a fall at work, they were very helpful from the start.
Lianne Southwell was looking after my case and done an amazing job. Sometimes I would wait a short time for replies but even during the covid situation she kept in touch with me keeping me upto date with the process.

In a recent civil issue my adviser Helen was highly professional and efficient, and explained key information and available courses of action to me clearly. She communicated on my behalf effectively, and I got exactly the advice I needed.

Completely incompetent! That was the feeling I got dealing with this "organisation". It took over 7 months to sell my property to the tenant, no chain, no complications, just a simple transfer of ownership from landlord to tenant. Even at the very last minute, they asked questions that shpuld have be confirmed at the begining of the process, including confrimation of sewage access?! Signing and resigning documentation because of their blatant inability, incompetence, and/or lack of interest, not giving full details as to what was required, asking to resign documents but not add the date?!
NEVER USE THIS PLACE! That is the advice I wpuld give to any of my friends and family, or honestly, just anyone I speak to needing to sell a house.

PM Law recently acted for me in a car accident claim.
I was extremely pleased with everything they did for me, they were very efficient, informative and helpful throughout and I was delighted with the result at the end where I won my claim. I have no doubt that the result was a direct result of the work put in by Timothy Halksworth my solicitor and his PA Denise Johnson.

PMPL were so easy to deal with from beginning to end. I was kept up to date every step of the way during my house purchase,; The online service was so simple to use and it made it very clear as to which stage my purchase was at. Although I came across PMPL online they managed to produce a very personal and reassuring service.

Amy and her team were professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Yes, it is mostly online but I could ring them at anytime if I needed to.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if required. in the future. Thank you PMPL.

…are 12 names that come up many times in the first few pages of Trustpilot reviews and people can’t praise them enough.

A 13th person at PM Law is also mentioned in these reviews as N***i. She does not get a pleasant mention. Rather the opposite. I don’t know the reason for the ‘stars’ to obscure her name by the previous reviewer. Perhaps Trustpilot have a policy of not letting people name individuals in bad reviews. I don’t really know.

Unluckily for me though, I have also been lumbered with this 13th person and I can tell you that I agree with the previous negative reviewer.

I find her a frosty, unfriendly, unhelpful, unsympathetic, poor communicator who makes me feel like everything is an inconvenience to her, in particular because my circumstances are a little bit complicated.

I also have a friend who is using PM Law with another claim handler and everything is going very well.

So I think PM Law are probably a good firm, just sadly one employee letting the side down.

After PM Law asked Trustpilot to identify me and I did not respond, they asked for this review to be removed unless I verified myself as an actual customer. I have now done that.

However, it does come over as particularly nasty on PM Law’s part. Typical lawyers I suppose.

It should be noted that I did not post this review as a means of attracting PM Law’s attention for poor service. I posted it for the benefit of others. That’s primarily what Trustpilot is for.

If PM Law wish to reply, they do not need to connect this review to my case or identify me. They can always investigate the particular employee generally should they choose to do so.
