After a long stressful process, Cery and her team at PM law have managed to get a very good result for me. I have been fortunate not to suffer with long term injuries after my motorbike accident cause by the 3rd party and wanted to be reimbursed from my personal lost. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service from N***i and another lady in her office. Was spoken to like s**t if I’m honest, when ever I called N***i was never there she was “apparently” out the office or on leave, never returned my calls or emails, constantly having to chase her up all the time. Then when I did she got Mardy on the phone, didn’t keep upto date with the other party always took weeks to reply to any communication and offers of payment, the whole process took over a year when it should never have took that long. I suffer from very bad depression so I always felt upset after speaking to her because of the manor I was spoken to on the phone. Will never recommend or use again. Wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could

Since English is not my first language,
I was worried it going to be difficult for me to communicate with the Solicitors. But Helen has been really nice and friendly since the day she takes over my case.
She replies every emails I sent and explains everything clearly with details and information. Helen is really professional and knowledgeable. So, it really makes me feel safe and confident of my case.

The staff from PM Law in Particular Tim and Denise worked with true diligence and perseverance on our behalf regarding an accident injury insurance claim. Thanks to their efforts we were successful.
The other party decided subsequently to lodge a Court appeal supported by the plaintiff company.
