Was an easy purchase! My item was sold out but pogo made it easy for us to pick a new item and it was delivered very fast!

The grandkids loves it. I had buyers remorse for a couple of days before delivery and even after it got here, I didn't want to open it and be like I KNEW I SHOULDN'T OF GOT THIS THING!!!!! But once they got in it all my worries was for nothing and I will be ordering the 12 ft or 15 ft slide from POGO BOUNCE HOUSE REALLLLLL SOON!!!!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS Company. Just think about how many times in a year you would rent a bounce house or slide and how much it cost for each day of rental and you could of just bought one from POGO BOUNCE HOUSE AND ITS YOURS TO USE ANYTIME YOU WANT THE LITTLE ONES TO BURN OFF SOME ENERGY!!! WORTH EVERY DOLLAR 💵💵💵💵💵😁😁😁!!!!

Good product, only reason for the 4 stars is there is a few air bubbles where the seems are which worries me it will come undone in those areas but so far it hasn’t an has been fun for my kids!

I’m giving one star because I am very unhappy. The shipping and communication was good but when my 12 foot slide arrived I was so disappointed. The dimensions say 13.5x9x23 and then says this is a 12FOOT SLIDE. Which is a lie. The actual slide is only about 7 feet tall. My kids are 11,13 and one is 8. The reason I got the slide and wasted my money was because I thought this would be a slide they could enjoy during this Covid pandemic. It turned out to be a commercial grade of one of the little $400 slides you can buy because the slide is the same size. Then the slide also says it has a built in sprinkler system which is also false. They have some tabs where you have to basically make your own sprinkler system with the hose. Well I guess they consider it built in. When I called ....the guy was very friendly but I would still have to pay all the shipping fees and restocking fees if I didn’t want the slide. I read the returns policy before purchasing but if the slide was even close to 12 foot this wouldn’t even be a problem because the slide would be great. He said he understood and yes he knew the slide itself wasn’t 12 feet. He seemed sincere in wanting to help because he tried to come up with several solutions but it really will cost me more to send it back and I can’t afford that. It was false advertisement on their part but now I’m the one stuck with a slide I can’t use and I am so disappointed 😔

Initially, I had some buyers remorse after splurging on this summer toy, but that has since changed. Kids have had so much fun and I’m happy it will help us get through the COVID summer. No issues with the quality and arrived in less than a week. Very happy with this purchase and sure it will last for many more summers.

We ordered a tarp which had a rip within 3 days. Although we were disappointed the customer service was outstanding and quickly offered a full refund or a replacement. they apologized and acted quickly which made it a much better experience.

I RECEIVED REFURBISHED MERCHANDISE INSTEAD OF NEW. I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL FROM THE MANAGER AND 5 DAYS LATER ALL I RECEIVED WAS AN EMAIL ASSURING ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY UNIT. THE SAME DAY I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER WHO ASSURED ME HE WOULD CALL AFTER HE RECEIVED ADDITIONAL PHOTOS THAT HE REQUESTED. I SENT THE PICTURES SHOWING THAT THE STEPS WERE NOT THE ORIGINAL "ANTISLIP" STEPS. INSTEAD THEY WERE REPLACED WITH THE SAME MATERIAL USED FOR THE SLIDE SURFACE. IN OTHER WORDS SLIPPERY. SO NOT ONLY IS THE UNIT USED OR RETURNED MERCHANDISE BUT IT IS ALSO DANGEROUS. to reply: so everything your sales person told me was a lie? a tactic? it was given as a gift to my daughter and granddaughter. you told me to use it over the weekend even though i told you my son was already hurt from slipping off the stairs and now you are not going to replace it? you can’t even answer your phone?
