Nice bounce house
Quick service. We have only used once, but kids like it. Without water you need to put some form of cushion at the bottom of the slide or the kids drop hard about a foot and hurt their bottom. We were lucky and have lawn chairs cushions that perfectly fit in it.

My order for a tarp was days past due…
My order for a tarp was days past due and the tracking showed that it was stuck at the UPS in Atlanta, Ga., so I contacted walmart.com. They looked into it and discovered that it never made it to Atlanta, Ga. UPS. The representative called UPS and found out that it never got there. The representative contacted Pogo Bounce House on what happened. Within hours I received a call from Pogo. They were very nice and said, they were sending out another tarp. Walmart.com put a rush on my order for delivery and within days I had my tarp from Pogo. Awesome people and great service from all. Thank you.

Great product
I have been wanting to purchase a unit like this for almost a year and am extremely happy with this one. It is made of mold resistant vinyl which makes clean up easy. It assembles easily considering it's size. I love having 2 separate slides with 2 separate splash areas. Works well for multiple users.

Box was damaged glue spilt
Box was damaged, glue open and ruined some of the patches. Half of the glue was lost. Quick delivery however and I am hopeful the company will recompensate
