What I enjoyed most was the account…

What I enjoyed most was the account agent who was assigned to me, as well as the dashboard supported by Point to track my progress 24/7.
The agent was supportive, knowledgeable and very personable. The dashboard was helpful for both me and my husband because we could keep track of the progress from our time zone which is often a challenge here in Hawaii.
I liked that I could participate in the "underwriting" process which ultimately resulted in quicker response times from the insurance agents, bank and credit union.

I really enjoyed working with the…

I really enjoyed working with the professionals from point. The only downfall I have is trying to reach staff regarding insurance papers that are needed and/or trying to reach my account manager. No one seems to answer the phone. It goes to voicemail and it’s a little nerve-racking, but other than that, I have to say I had a good experience up to now we’ll see how the rest of the process is. Thank you for all you did for me.
