Great HEI company


As long as you understand how this works, it's a great company, but do your research . Good communication without being pushy. Readily available to answer questions. Process done very efficiently.

The point said your home has to be…

The point said your home has to be worth more than $ 155000. Mine does . They said you could use the money for anything thing. They said my home the value. qualify. So the denied the loan. Any renovation to a home increases the value. They lied thus don’t trust them.

They were always considerate and kept…

They were always considerate and kept us up to date and let us know what was going on with our HEI. They are very good to work with. Very professional. The dashboard on the phone, and the tasks bar on the phone was always available if we had any questions about what to expect in the next steps. There were never any surprises.

The experience was painless and smooth

The experience was painless and smooth. The app. Offered clear layout, task and completed task. Every task was done in the comfort of my own home from my phone. Staff provided me with appropriate phone numbers and contact.

Understanding HEI’s

Every step of the way was handled by a team working together and it was a seamless process. I was taught how HEI’s are structured and the pros and cons. I know I made an informed decision to invest with Point. Really pleasant AND proficient people.
