Pointerpro has allowed us to streamline and automate our questionnaires and report generation, saving significant amounts of admin time. This has resulted in us being able to scale our offering in ways that would have previously been impossible.

As a relatively early adopter of some of the new elements of the platform, such as aggregated reports, there have been some teething issues. However, the team have been very responsive in helping to work around problems in the short term, and releasing updates that fix problems in the longer term.

Both our use of the Pointerpro platform and our interactions with the staff that support the system have been extremely positive. I’d recommend the system for anyone looking to professionalise their questionnaires or reports.

Pointer pro is quite easy and intuitive as a tool. Pointer pro has been quite positive for our company usage.

What went wrong?? It would be much easier to say what went right because the list would be virtually nil while the list of what went wrong would be a dissertation. Thanks to Pointerpro and their incompetence in both software programming and customer service, our company took a significant hit reputation-wise and subsequently financially. Over the last 3 years, Pointerpro consistently produced software that did not function as it was supposed to and promised and consistently denied responsibility or accountability. Our firm is a small one or we would have taken them to court and sued them for their incompetence and damages. It is beyond my comprehension how others who have rated them could have had a positive experience unless their programming was so simple and straightforward that a second year college student could have done it. We have customers who have dropped us and their comments were basically this: "As long as you are working with Pointerpro, we will not do business with you despite the quality of your products". Our product is something that is done online and requires functional programming. I would strongly encourage anyone who has anything beyond a simple software solution to go elsewhere.

PointerPro is overpriced, offering limited features coupled with disappointing customer service. During the sales calls, they tend to misrepresent their capabilities, leading you to join under a different impression. The starting price for reports is steep, beginning at $4,500.00, with an additional $1,000.00 onboarding fee for minimal usage. Moreover, they start to push significant upsells for features and access only after you join.

Brilliant Assessments is a much better option, and I want to clarify that I have no association with them. They stand out with their extensive feature set, intuitive setup, and a free trial, which greatly eases the process. Their transparent pricing provides more options to suit diverse needs and is roughly half the cost of PointerPro. Additionally, their customer service is exceptional. It's not surprising, as I learned from a sales rep, why many users are making the switch from PointerPro to Brilliant Assessments.

As from the start of launching the project, PointerPro provided transparency of what was feasible with the their SaaS solution and what not. We build are platform through a co-creation model with PointerPro, where we had the opportunity to learn at the same time the application and build our first customer surveys. PointerPro provides an excellent customer service. The SaaS solution contains diverse and flexible functionalities, which responded to all AGORIA's needs.

Pointerpro is the software platform for creating reports and questionnaires. It was challenging at first, but with time its improved and became the best. It makes work faster and easier to access at anytime. It has more complex feature set and a better price. I'm yet to come across an issue and hopefully i won't. I totally recommend

We deployed Pointerpro to help us build out our assessment to understand if individuals are operating from a compromised state of mind. We are hoping to get ahead of poor decisions that may lead to addiction, overdose or suicide. Overall, PointerPro was perfect for our needs. We were able to stand up a beta version of our assessment quite quickly.

We had quite a complex brief for Pointerpro, with a long survey that involved lots of branching and logic and many pages' worth of content. Despite the size and complexity of the task, the staff at Pointerpro worked diligently to find innovative solutions and accommodate all of our requests and requirements within the ReportR package.
Both the support and technical staff were attentive and helpful, responding quickly to feedback and updated requirements. The onboarding to the platform and demonstrations were great and easy to understand also.
In terms of the platform, some of the intuitiveness and simplicity were compromised by the complexity of the report and our requirements, but the workarounds Pointerpro used were explained clearly to us, and now we've got to grips with the process changes the platform feels slick and easy to use. The report logic had a couple of issues at first but these were resolved quickly and now pulls through correctly every time.
The only things holding us back from putting 5 stars were the project going over the allocated time (which was partly down to the size of the project) and some of the formatting limitations of the form; in terms of customer service, user experience of the platform and power of the tool, these aspects are all 5 star.

What I like most about PointerPro is the report function. In particular, the relaunch of this function is very intuitive to use. In addition, an extremely large amount is possible, especially through the use of variables. The great depth of functionality combined with the simplicity of the application convince me a lot.
In addition, the support is quick to respond and has always been able to help me very well. In connection with this, the "library" of tips and tricks is also really helpful. If you search a bit here, you will find good guides on all topics that instruct you on how to do what.

Pointerpro has been a gamechanger for our company, it enables us to systemise reports that were previously done manually. It has saved us significant time and the use cases for it are many. The team is always highly responsive and willing to assist with any issues.

We were able to do everything that we wanted, for a very detailed evaluation that had over 90 permutations and provided a highly personalised report. The team are always on hand to help and we found them very responsive and very patient. The interface is straightforward, once you get the hang of it. We felt appreciated and valued as customers.

Our team is satisfied with Pointerpro's ability to design and share a self-assessment with our employees, allowing them to see their score as soon as they complete it, and take immediate actions based on their results.

We've thrown lots of specific requirements for our assessments at Pointerpro's team and they've been amazing about showing us how the software already does this, pointing us to the ability to have devs make it happen, or letting us see those items on the roadmap for the near future. They are incredibly responsive and provide great value for money (I'm on a higher tier, that's all I can speak to) and seem to be pressing forward towards even better features and UX, which gives me confidence about sticking with them for a long time.

PointerPro is a powerful tool for doing research and analysis of our organization. It is fully customizable for our purposes, to a level that I have not found in another tool of its kind. It is helping our organization make more informed decisions for our future, based on the data we are pulling from our surveys and assessments.

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Very user friendly and stylish experience for the customers. Not expensive. All round i like it a lot.

Great tool to create surveys in a way that you have the feeling it's your won format and it has your personal touch. Our customers liked the way we created the survey and it was made easy for us.

Sales were quick, online support is good (but only in Europe timezone), product is quite flexibile, but I'm looking forward to future versions with more fonts / flexibility over customisable options. Good as an integrated product for assessment and report together. Looks professional, but needs to handle customisation / high rez images better.

Customer service is fast and unlimited if you’re a paying customer. Expensive yes but lots of functionality within the software. However, it’s a steep learning curve and they’re not that quick to iron out bugs.

Just started to use survey anyplace. The help team are really good and the tool itself looks great and is relatively easy to use.
