Call in advance to say electrician was on route.
Electrician Lincoln was very polite, thorough and returned my electrics survey within agreed timescale.

Good work but miserable staff
Turned up 90 mins late and didn’t even apologise. Said was going to take 45 mins but took 90 mins. Did the job but should have been polite and punctual.

OK after a shaky start
I was stunned when the two men walked into my home and the first words the man (who was obviously in charge) said to me were "Where's the fuse box". No hello! No good morning. No smile.
I said "Hello, good morning, my name's.......... and what are yours?". They told me. The same man said "They keep us on a tight schedule, we don't have time for niceties".
Niceties?
I think "Good morning" is common courtesy!
That's no way to treat your customers.
After that the two men were fine. They appeared more relaxed, became more pleasant and completed the job efficiently and quickly (in one hour where I had been expecting two).
He then gave me the results and took the time to explain them to me.

An Electrical Job Really Well Done
Good pre-job, job and post-job communications. The electrician (Lincoln) turned up on time and completed the specified work efficiently and effectively and left the work area spotlessly clean on completion. I would definitely recommend this service, it exceeded my expectation and I was delighted. The electrician was a credit to his company, to Local Heroes and to his profession.
