After discovering that I had a leak somewhere in the copper pipes buried in concrete beneath the floor, it was quite a complicated process to repair. Suffice it to say that these guys completed the work and fixed the issue within a tight timeframe, addressing all my concerns.

Felix and Nick visited to fix a complicated leak coming from our flat. They were brilliant. Their communication was super clear, they worked quickly and cleanly and always kept me updated. They also did what is very rare with plumbers, they under promised and over delivered - would highly recommend

We had some plumbing and heating tasks to tackle, and Polkadot took care of everything smoothly. They replaced our kitchen faucet, drain, and stopper, installed new wall-mounted radiators in the bathrooms, and ensured they functioned properly with clear usage instructions. They also unclogged the bathroom sink drains, changed the ring element in our boiler per the manufacturer's specifications, insulated the plumbing pipes in our attic for better efficiency, and evaluated our heating controls, offering suggestions for future electrical improvements. Their approach was systematic and effective. The team was courteous and patient, addressing all our inquiries. They maintained a tidy and organized workspace and completed the job on schedule. We're thrilled with their work and will certainly choose Polkadot for any future plumbing and heating needs. A perfect 10 out of 10 experience!

I would highly recommend Polkadot. They were excellent from start to finish. Our boiler broke down in January, which was far from ideal, but they arranged an appointment very quickly to install a new boiler and carry out a full system power flush. Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Pricing seemed reasonable, and we paid what was initially quoted. An outstanding service all round.

Had an issue with bathroom and was recommended to them. Initially good response but seemed incredulous to be asked for a breakdown of work and cost thereof followed by passive aggressive communication. Work to a decent standard spoilt by lack of customer aftercare.
