Trust these guys immensely! Would always give them 5 stars! Super knowledgeable, they are very honest and genuine and do their job well! I bought a boiler from them which they installed and now do our maintenance and any emergencies. Top guys!

We needed plumbing/heating work done, and Polkadot performed the scope of work, which involved:
•Replacing the kitchen faucet, drain and stopper.
•Removing and installing new wall-mounted radiators in our bathrooms and making them operational. Provide clear instructions on use.
•Cleared bathroom sink drains
•Replaced the 'ring element' component in our boiler, as required by our boiler brand
•Insulated existing plumbing pipes in our attic for efficiency
•Assessed current heating controls and made recommendations for future electrical work to ensure correct, durable heating operation.

Their work method was methodical and efficient. They were courteous and patient in answering our questions. They were neat, organised and respectful as they worked, finishing on time.
We are delighted with their performance of duty and will definitely return to Polkadot for future plumbing/heating services. A high scoring 10 of 10!

Had a leak in my downstairs loo, and same day an extremely polite, not condescending, efficient plumber came out to attempt to fix the problem. Made 2 trips to the local hardware shop to get parts and arranged with the office to send a drain inspector out to clear my drain to sort me out temporarily. I will use them for everything from now on as everyone is just nice, efficient and helpful.

Polkadot Plumbers Ltd did an outstanding job converting our old gravity-fed system to a modern mains-fed setup. They removed the vented cylinder and storage tank, and installed a Gledhill Stainlesslite Plus Unvented Direct 150L Hot Water Cylinder along with a mains inline booster pump. The team was punctual, tidy, and knew their craft. Water pressure is now excellent, and the installation was seamless. Highly recommend for anyone considering a system upgrade!

I have just had my boiler replaced by Polkadot. It was quite a tricky job which they carried out with skill and professionalism. They worked very hard, solved a series of unforseen problems with really good team work (Rob M, Jon P, Nick G and Adelaide) and left the site clear and tidy every day. They also adhered to the quote I was given despite the obstacles along the way. I have used Polkadot several times now and have always been very happy with the service I have received. It is also great to have a woman on the team - kudos to the company for that too.

Efficient, helpful and friendly

The work was done quickly and efficiently, the heating engineer, Paul, was always polite and happy to answer any questions, he took great care to explain the problems and the possible solutions. After te job everything was left spotless. I am very happy with the work and the results.
