Lift stopped completeĺy out of warranty. Phoned them, they said they would get engineer to call within one hour. He did, sorted out in five minutes, now working perfectly. They are a fantastic company.

Reliable and professional service from start to finish. The team were punctual and friendly. The installation was completed smoothly, and our stair lift has been operating perfectly since. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dependable lift company.

Pollock Lifts came out to service the step lifts we purchased from them last year. This was the first problem we’ve had,their team responded quickly and resolved it within a day. We’re very happy with the service and really appreciate the prompt and professional support

Where 3 other companies said it wouldn’t be possible to fit a lift in our small external space, Lorraine from Pollock made it her mission to design a solution and absolutely saved us. She really fought our corner, the company worked to tight timings to get the build done for our deadline, and we’re delighted with our new lift.

Absolutely brilliant service, the installers were lovely guys who made everything really easy and explained everything as they were going along. Esther and Nicola in the office are lovely ladies who have been so accommodating too. I absolutely recommend them if you need a lift installing.

We are very happy with our Pollock lift. Although we had a couple of snags initially, Ross Parker (sales) and John McManus (maintenance) were excellent in dealing with these issues.
Our Pollock lift is fitted in our dining room and the car can be sent up to the next floor out of the way when we have visitors. A very good design feature.
We would certainly recommend Pollock Lifts.

The whole process was handled brilliantly.

From the Salesman , then the technical expert (Lorraine) then the builders to prepare my property , then the installation engineers. Superb.

The lift is better than I had imagined , the fact that when the lift is in the upstairs bedroom it does NOT intrude on my living room is a huge bonus.

I had one little technical glitch the day after installation however the speed and manner that was handled was so impressive.

The full experience with Pollock Lifts was excellent from the initial sales appointment with Ross to the after sales call and visit. The builders, electrician and installation men were all punctual, they worked quickly and with minimal disruption and mess and all did an excellent job. My new lift will allow me to stay in my home for the foreseeable future and I would thoroughly recommend Pollock Lifts to anyone.

Rang as my brothers chair lift stopped working as he was upstairs and unable to get downstairs . Quick call pollock lifts they were out to his home on a short space time and fixed problem. They understood the urgency and reacted quickly

Pollock Lifts installed a residential elevator in our home and did an excellent job. The team were professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the install. Great communication and a high-quality finished lift. Highly recommend.

From start to finish, Pollock Lifts has been a great company to work with. They are sensitive to the additional needs of disabled customers, plus the preparation, installation and administration is carried out by folk who are exceptionally good at their job. All the team go the extra mile to make sure you're happy, and I highly recommend them.

Quoted a reasonable price but could never get them to turn up to do the survey. Possibly not quite as national as they claim to be. Total waste of time.
Update- Leon, thank you for the offer to make this right but having chased the survey repeatedly to no avail, I have ordered elsewhere.

We have a through floor lift which was purchased with a 10yrs service contract.
We have tried contacting Pollock lifts on 5 separate occasions now since mid August 2025 to say the service is overdue. The person who answers the call takes all our details and says someone will call us back but NOTHING. I've even tried asking why they are refusing to come out and they say the service they give is usually better than this and apologise.
I'm still waiting for a call and its now October.
WHAT IS GOING ON?!!!! I even got a reference number last time I called but still no call back.
The ref number I was given is PO 32415 so now you can get details off your system and call us back

I recently had a fantastic experience with Pollock Lifts.
From the initial consultation to installation, their team was responsive, professional, and meticulous. The project finished on time, with minimal disruption, and the lift system is top quality. Safety and compliance were clearly a priority, and the post-installation support has been excellent. Highly recommended.

I bought a 3-year warranty for my through floor lift. In early July, I called Pollock Lifts for an annual service to be done. I was told that an engineer will call me to make an appointment for an annual service. I did not receive any call after 1 month and sent an email to express my dissatisfaction with the service. My email was forwarded to the repairs team so that they can do a follow up. Today is the 5th of September and I still have not received any call about my lift annual service. I’m very disappointed with this level of service from Pollock Lifts.

The lift was installed and works fine with no failures - yet!
But having paid £900 for future servicing costs I have yet to be contacted with a date over 2 months since it needed servicing. It's not showing much sign if problems but if it had been serviced I would have given them 5 stars

I honestly couldn't be happier with the service we received from Pollock, everyone I spoke to or dealt with from the office to the guys that did the installation were exceptional. Incredibly impressed with their professional and friendly way of dealing with customers, keeping us informed and even brought forward the installation for us!

The guys that came out for the installation were brilliant. They had a few issues, not on their side, but kept us in the loop and were exceptional in their attitudes to work.

I would absolutely have them back in my home anytime and with no hesitation.

Wonderful elevator.
Everyone who comes in my house wants to ride in it.

I love my Pollock elevator but I am having a problem that I can't figure out. All of a sudden today it started to rock back and forth when going up or down. I got out as soon as I could and am now using it as a "dumb waiter." But the problem is intermittent. I can't afford to just call service - because the issue is intermittent. Any suggestions?
