Looks like a scam, fees so high and lose of funds. I don´t recomend this app at all. You can get blocked at any time.

Like other users here I had trouble withdrawing my funds, was stuck pending for days, then they locked my account for "security reasons" and I couldn't unlock it due to their system being complete sheet! Finally after weeks of back & forth emailing & escalating got my account verified & withdrew my funds. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I forgot my Poloniex account for 4 (and more years). Couple of days ago i decide to check my old mining accounts and found one of my ETH wallets, that i use to cashout to Poloniex. I found some ETH left at that wallet (its POLONIEX wallet) and decided to take it out. When i login my balance was 0 ETH (thats not true, because i checked my ETH wallet). I did some digging and find out that if i press deposit on Poloniex, it stills got the same wallet address for my ETH. I open a ticket with them and still wait for my ETH for around 1577 days 16 hrs ago since i deposited it. Not to mention the Tokens attached to that wallet are not showing as well. Still waiting for a reply from there support about what is going on with my ETH for the past 1577 days................... Thats some slow crypto transfer to take so much time for the balance to show on my account.

such blatant theft,new listings every day but no fix for the the crypto the owew for months and yearts .join binance instead and do your selfs a favour

My account has been broken and all my founds were lost, despite I had all security stuff activated,

They saied 'we have reasons to believe your email address is compromised'.

My replay: What evidence do you have that my email has been compromised? Even so, how would you bypass 2FA? Do you have some tangible information about this case or just guessing/assumptions? (did not receive any replay)

I did ask them about my money if I would have them returned where they said: We're sorry that this has happened to you, please understand that due to the decentralized nature of cryptocurrencies, we're unable to reverse any completed withdrawal transactions, we can help you with securing your account.

I had a pretty good experience in 2017-2019. Since 2019 something changed as I could see longer delays for withdrawals, I lost some funds while lending and it took Poloniex about 1 year to return the funds lost. (At least they did return that)

I worked with Poloniex for years. there were problems but not as big as recently. I sent mined Ethereum Classic to the Poloniex and they keep more then 31 ETC since February. They keep sending me messages saying that they did not receive coins and asking me to be patient and that they are working for solution.

Totally rubbish and scam lost £1000 :( and their customer service is rubbish too they won’t help you at all and it takes them ages to get back to you please go somewhere else and don’t be stupid like me to trust them with your money….

It's been another year, and Poloniex DID NOTHING to reimburse their users who lost 1800 BTC total in 2019 hack. I am still at a loss, and support says they have no plans to give money back. What a shambles.

After having lost my mobile, in feb (4 month ago) I started the procedure to deactivate and reactivate the 2FA, well.. it took almost 3 month, and you know what? After having finally managed to login back into my profile, the verification was still pending and of course the balance of my wallet was 0 because yeah, they've been hacked and I was in the list of fortunate "winners".
I've never dealt with such an incompetent customer service, I've sent maybe 30 emails without getting proper replies.
Well done poloniex! you've lost one customer... and I really hope that I won't be the only one..

They have delisted DGB coins for nothing without any notification directly to me, and saying that they inform on twitter which most people not following them. Now saying that they are keeping people's DGB coins in a deactivated node don't let any operations, Easily saying that they can't do anything.

i used to buy/sell in poloniex.every time a problem accured.once withdrawals on TRON is disabled,once the money i deposited got dissapeared.no proper support.be carefull of ur funds friends!DYOR

Poloniex confiscated users #Bitcoin to make up for an error on their end. They promised to return the funds but still have yet to do so years later. POLONIEX have ruined their reputation and CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!

Open Ethereum Classic wallet, it has been closed for more than two and a half months, and we cannot sell because of the low price on your damned platform. You are really swindlers open it !!!

They have absurd fees. I gave up 50% to make a withdrawal. Dishonest

I transferred coins to Poloniex, blockchain confirmed the transfer but they never got there !! Support said that they have problems and that they will solve it shortly... After two weeks nothing happend

Poloniex steeling funds, on the public ledger you can see in plain site my HASH and Transaction ID: and it shows My ETH funds deposited in to Poloniex own account, the block chain does not lie, the evidence is there and I have reported this to the IRS. Poloniex US (CIRCLE) will also be shut down very soon.

Scam exchange delisted my coins and disabled the wallet now I can get my coins almost 5k is gone for nothing..

During the recent Crypto market crash April 19th 2021, Poloni dex disabled selling, swapping and withdrawing Crypto from Polonidex wallet exchange.This is a nightmare. All you can do is watch your money disappear. As of now they are holding my Cryptocurrency hostage while it loses value. They waited until the market crash to do this. To add on to this review from hours ago now I don't even see my Crypto funds. They ignored my emails.
