This was my first order from Pommier and I am incredibly impressed by their professionalism. The delivery was perfectly on time and the package arrived extremely well protected. As for the chairs, the moment you see and feel them, you know it’s premium high end furniture. They are robust, comfortable and beautifully finished.

The chairs arrived right on time, delivered to my doorstep without any issues or transit damage. The quality is absolutely incredible, the craftsmanship and materials are top tier, and they look even more stunning in person than in the photos. Definitely exceeded all expectations!

The chairs are absolutely gorgeous and we're really happy with them. One arrived damaged, but Pommier arranged a replacement within a month, which was great. The only reason I'm giving four rather than five stars is the lead time, as it took around five months for the chairs to be delivered, which was a little longer than the production time stated on their website. However, I would definitely buy from them again - you just need to be patient. :)

1. They always have at least 60% sale for what I saw, so don’t rush to buy anything even if it says “final sale” or “few days left”. They had 60-80% sale continuously for the last year or so. It’s just a marketing trick.

2. We bough a few chairs some way back. Although the images on their website are deliberately chosen in such a way that the single parts of a chair which get connected are almost the same color, in reality they are not and there are high variations in color between the single parts of a chair which get connected to build the chair. This might be normal as oak varies in color, but it seems that they take the first piece on hand to build the chairs and don’t choose the connecting parts based on similar color (which you would expect in this price range).

3. In our case, there were significant differences between the surface finish of different chairs. When running a hand over two different chairs, one feels silk like and the other one very rough. It is almost like they forgot a finishing step for some of the chairs - which they deny. Again, you wouldn’t expect this in this price range.

4. The original price (not considering the sale) is outrageously high for the quality you get. It is deceptive to advertise something as being on sale 80% if you never sell it at the original price.

5. The packaging was very good. Almost too good. It took us 2 hours to unpack 6 chairs. This makes it almost impossible to send them back under similar packaging conditions.

Overall we are OK with the chairs and will keep them, but don’t get fooled. I would rate them as medium quality chairs where 200-250€/chair is a fair price. Everything above is too much for what you get in my opinion.

Nice furniture with good craftsmanship and quality. I’m very happy with the product itself. The customer service was also friendly, cooperative, and very responsive whenever I had questions. Overall, a smooth and positive experience.

Product: looks well made and sturdy, but the wood did not have nearly the character as the shelf they advertise- quite a uniform colour of wood with no nice veins of contrast, making it looks quite basic in the end. But def well made, can’t fault that.

Delivery:
Took over 6 months to arrive! Had to continually chase them and they never once initiated comms. For example, I was told there was a delay at one point hence the late shipment, but they only told me this once I emailed to ask. Website small print states 60 working days (which is a long time in itself), but ended up being close to double that.

Ordered a chair. Took way longer as the 60 working days (mentioned in the small copy). Had great customer service though and the chair arrived well packaged — and looks amazing. Love the quality!

I highly recommend Pommier, the quality and design is exceptional. I bought dining chairs and I am so happy with them, anyone that visits always comments on how nice they are. They are also very comfortable and I found Pommier really nice to deal with.

The chairs have a minimalistic yet sophisticated touch that l really like. Even though it can take a while between the date on purchase and the day of delivery, l can only recommend Pommier furniture, and its customer service which is efficient and responsive.

Great Communication with client always respond promptly to all my questions, delivery times got long due production and also border issues with the spanish authorities.

We ordered 6 dining chairs on Dec 31st, and they got delivered April 27th, so 117 days after whereas advertised lead time was 60 days.

Chair are nice looking and apart from two scratches (one may be caused by us when opening), all fine.

Company should learn a few things, when orders run late this should be notified as soon as this becomes evident, even simple automated updates with progress to signal "we got this". Customer service did react to inquiry but not with correct information.

Packaging is surely "solid" but a lot of shrink wrapping and tape on wood and leather furniture creates risk of damage.

It would also be great with either included or mailed directions for care. It s a free way of demonstrating you love your products and you want your customers to get the most out of them.

so all in all, we re relieved the chairs showed up but Pommier should really think the next steps past social marketing and serve their existing customers better. Quality is somewhere between ikea and Bolia as is the price but process is really learning stage.

I ordered a Mosso chair for my study table in my bedroom, and I love it. It arrived intact as the packaging was proper. The wood is solid and looks classy for the price I bought it at. Of course, I had to pay tax for importing it to Germany, but worth every penny. I ordered it during Christmas time and received it in the first week of April.

Another great experience with Pommier. And every single time they provide that they are one of the best in furniture industry. Not only the design is so great also the support you receive afterwards is amazing.
This is third time that we had business with Pommier and service was outstanding.
Thanks to the Pommier team and looking forward to our next order soon.

Sneaky sales trick to lock in sales, is how I would summarize their mode of operation.

The make you think they are EU based, but they are not.

For those considering ordering here: this company is NOT located in the EU and you WILL end up paying several hundred euros of import tax. This is on you and you only. This is not clearly shown or notified on when ordering. If you order multiple items they will be shipped individually which means you will pay customs handling fees several times.

Also, delivery times are extremely long. What they mention is business days meaning 60 days delivery could end up being several months.

And finally, since the company is outside of the EU other consumer protection rules might possibly not apply.

Even though their items look nice, if I can give you one recommendation: look further, there are better options which doesnt make you sponsor this morally questionable business model

Amazing! It started out a bit bumpy. But they made it back very fast with an exceptional high customer service and willingness to resolve the issue extremely quick without any fuzz. The furniture looks amazing, high quality with beautiful finish. I highly recommend
