I bought a Orel dining table and 4 Otto chairs lately. The furniture looks beautiful and smooth. Chairs are good looking and very comfortable. We had some questions regarding a blemish after unpacking. The customer service is wonderful. Without hassles, they replaced a new chair immediately. The response was quick and satisfactory. It makes my purchase fully satisfying.

Firstly , I'm very satisfied about the chair. The chair's shape is elegant and you could feel that the wood's quality is good and solid. Nothing to complain about it.
Secondly and the most importantly for me , their customer service is incredible reliable and top level. Monica is always here to answer promptly my questions. She always provide useful advices and solutions.

Pommier is a small family-run company with impeccable design taste and truly fantastic customer service. We are very pleased with the six Mosso Comfort chairs that we ordered. Monica was very helpful and sent reference photos of the chairs in different fabrics, which made it easier for us to choose the fabric. The delivery time was slightly longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait. Superbly packaged and the delivery to Sweden was smooth and hassle-free. The chairs are very comfortable, beautifully crafted, and have an elegant design. :)

We ordered four Otto Comfort chairs and they are absolutely gorgeous! They have such a unique design — unlike anything you find in other stores — and they truly elevate the entire room. Everyone who walks in immediately compliments them.
From choosing the perfect color to the delivery process, the service has been fast and amazing throughout. Even though it took some time to receive the chairs, it was absolutely worth the wait. They arrived one at a time, and Monica supported us through the whole process with great communication and care. The packaging was also excellent — everything was carefully protected and arrived in perfect condition.

High quality products and the products are really something you don't see anywhere else. Very personal contact, always helpfull and the package is very solid protected. Also no unnessery assemble of the chairs. They came in one box a piece and were already assembled.

Great product and a great experience all round. Beautiful chairs with great quality materials - takes a little time as with all handmade furniture but worth the wait. We purchased 2 chairs (model Cotto). The product quality is impressive (high end materials and very comfortable).
Delivery followed the promised deadline and support was very responsive (I had to reschedule delivery due to holidays and support was very flexible with the new dates).

Aesthetically stunning chairs made from high-grade fabrics and wood (oak). Well treated wood (great matt coating). I had an issue with one of the chairs and they happily replaced it without any quarrels. Great service and very impressive luxury made-to-order items.

I ordered 6 Mosso chairs in walnut. Truly an exceptional craftsmanship I must say. Extremely well packaged and arrived in Sweden without a single dent. the communication with the company was good throughout the whole process both via whatsapp and e-mail. I would recommend anyone who wants high end furniture to consider Pommier, they deliver beyond well.

I have now edited my previous review - but a fair warning that the delivery time can be long. I ordered on September 18th and received my order on 27 January. This was 90 business days - even after excluding public holidays.

Communication was poor until I posted on Trustpilot. I was originally told mid December but that time frame came and went without any update.

The quality of the piece is very good and very well packaged. But you need to be prepared to wait.

I’ve ordered 4 Mosso chairs & the orèl table almost two years ago. It matches perfectly together and in our home and the quality of the products is very good. I’ve been able to order back cushions for the chairs for more comfort. Contact with Monica has been very friendly and helpful!
