Renewing a policy is not very user…

Renewing a policy is not very user friendly! If you use the same email address as when previously insured, it won't allow you to go any further to get an updated policy! So you have to use a different email address! The application/quote section needs updating

Poncho was about half the price compared to RACV

I've chosen Poncho because it was recommended by Tesla, the quote was $1300 less than i was paying with RACV and the policy had better coverage for glass and repairs. It's online portal is straight-forward and transparent. The one change i would like is more flexibility with payments; a once-a-year option or direct-debit from an account rather than a card would be preferable for me.
