First order with Pond Planet…

Made my first order with Pond Planet and the two items arrived in good time but unfortunately one item was wrong. It took a few attempts to get a call answered but when I got through I spoke to Gordon who listened to my problem, verified what I had received and what I should have got and advised he would have the item sent out that day and true to his word I got a text soon after saying it's on its way and duly arrived on time. I was disappointed that the item was wrong to start with but more than impressed on how it was dealt with by Gordon! Will shop again with Pond Planet in the future.
