Really happy with the product provided by this company. I wanted the pond to be safe for my children whilst not spoiling the aesthetics of the garden. Kane asked lots of questions to make sure he did the job to my satisfaction and I was really happy with the result.

Great experience with Tony and the PondSafety team, right from the initial enquiry to the installation itself. There was regular contact to set up the install date, checks on how things went and post-install follow up. Their safety deck is just what we were looking for.

The quote and booking process was seamless and totally transparent with excellent advice given. Installation into the pond was efficient, professional and smooth with due care and consideration taken to the fish. The result was an excellent, sturdy, yet stylish finish to protect against accidental falls from my small children. This transaction filled me with confidence and I thoroughly recommend Pond Safety and their DiamonDeck safety grid system.

Similar to other reviews this is a great product. We moved into a house with 2 ponds and have 2 small children so had safety concerns. We had been quoted crazy amounts for pond covers and then found the diamond safety system. They were fitted in about 90 minutes and as they sit just below the surface are great from an aesthetic perspective and more importantly seem very sturdy from a safety perspective. Really glad we found this company and Tony was great in talking us through options and the process.

Have just had a diamondeck installed on my pond. I inherited the pond when we moved house, this allowed us to keep the pond with a toddler. Having no experience of ponds I emailed pond safety and Tony phoned asking a few questions and giving clear information. I paid a deposit at the time of booking. The two men came to install it at 8am and were finished before 9am. They showed me how to unclip the grid so that I can still access the pond. Very friendly and efficient service, good value for money and I am very please with the finished product, it looks great!

A no fuss professional company that deliver in every aspect.

We decided to get the diamond deck to make the pond safe for our children. From start to completion everyone we had contact with was really helpful and offered great advice. On the day of installation the fitters arrived early and worked very hard all day, did a great job and left it nice and tidy. Would recommend!

Pond Safety Ltd. did an excellent job installing the DiamonDeck safety grid system onto our garden pond. The whole process was very professional and efficient. We are delighted with the results.

Tony, to whom I first spoke, was very helpful in explaining the process of getting a cover installed, and in arranging a time for the fitting to be done. The two gentlemen who arrived promptly on the day carried out their task efficiently and in very short time the fitting was completed. They gave clear instructions on how to remove sections of the cover when this becomes necessary. The finished product looks very good. I am very glad that I didn’t buy the equipment and try to do it myself! We are confident that our two year old grandson is now not at risk from the pond.

Absolutely brilliant. From the beginning when I contacted to enquire about the covering, I felt confident with the advise I was given. So confident that I immediately booked them to cover my pond. Prior to doing it I was contacted to confirm the arrival then again a few hours before to check. All in all it took the 2 fitters an hour to do the job. This included explaining how I would disassemble for cleaning. The fitters were professional, friendly, pleasant, installed confidence and a pleasure to have them on my premises. Tony in the office contacted me on time every time he said he would. It all went so smoothly. If you need a safe discreet pond covering this what you need. I just love my pond again and feel happy with my grandchild in the garden
