The cover is hard to notice and makes the pond safe. All phone calls were returned promptly and we got clear information. The workmen came on time and got things done with little fuss

huge thanks for the great job done installing the Diamond Deck safety grid in my pond. The guys did a fantastic job and were quick and efficient too. They explained what they were doing each step of the way which gave me confidence in the whole system. The grid already has my lillies growing through it and I feel much better about having my grandson visit now!

I had excellent service from this company. For a number of years I had been worried that our pond was a hazard to small children.
We are hoping to have our three grandchildren to stay at Xmas.
The safety grid installed by Pond safety allows us all peace of mind. I think it has enhanced the look of the pool.
The installation was efficient.

Tony dealt with my inquiry promptly and efficiently a with a convenient fitting date.

Anton the drive was waiting quietly and patiently on the drive wen I came down stairs as he had made good time that morning. He was a "good bloke" hard working with the right amount of chat.

He fitted the cover in about an hour, a task that would have taken me the whole weekend and he did a good job too. He explained open the pond to access the pumps etc.

We are very pleased with the finished product and the customer care received.
