Extremely prompt service from initial enquiry to the day of fitting. calls followed by emails. Staff were polite, friendly and courteous. They were prompt on the day of fitting. Everything was explained clearly. We are very happy with the pond grate and now happy for our 2 young boys to play more independently in the garden.

We had the installation to safeguard our 1 year old grandson. We now can relax when he charges towards the garden without having to lose the pond which would have been the other solution.
It's barely visible, it was installed quickly by the 2 installers.

Also when we made our mind up to go ahead we only waited a week or so to get it fit.

I have had a DiamondDeck safety grid system installed. The order has been completed with care and attention to detail. The fitters arrived on time and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the product. They gave a careful briefing concerning its use. The pond is of an irregular shape but the fitters installed the system perfectly with no gaps round the edges. It is just below the water line and is not obtrusive at all.

Anton and Billy from Pond Safety did a cracking job in installing the safety grids in my pond. It is a very large pond and nearly six feet deep in the middle. Quite a challenging undertaking to fit the grids, but they did it perfectly in less than two days. The grids sit nicely under the water so are not visible until you get up close to the pond. We have our first grandchild and now will never have concerns with safety round our pond!!

Being just under the surface of the water it is very unobtrusive, and a section can be easily removed for pond maintenance. Recycled products used and leftovers can be recycled. Swift service making my wild pond super safe protecting my grandchildren. Wild life are still able to drink from pond and come spring my pond flowers will grow through. Also stopped anything blowing into my pond during windy weather.

Excellent Service and Communication throughout the process and a pleasure to deal with Pond Safety. We moved into a new home in a remote location with a pond that needed making safe for two young children. The fitting was one quickly and with great quality as planned even though the weather was very bad on the day. Would highly recommend!
