we ordered the wrong size of boots and contacted Ponykit .they said there would not be a problem exchanging them but as per their terms of sale we would be responsible for post and packaging costs which is understandable( a mere £4. 95) we were contacted by phone and given updates about our order which arrived expediently.in conclusion this company runs their business the way all companys should do by putting the customer first we will not hesitate to use Ponykit in the future

Ordered a girth, arrived quickly and well packaged, plenty of emails to let me know status of my order and choose delivery time/ day myself... Definately will be ordering from these guys again :)

Fast efficient

It was the first time I have used Ponykit and the service was first class in every way, would certainly use them again.

We've moved to a new area of the UK from the Scottish West coast (wet) to Norfolk on the East coast (cold). My usual boots just didn't cut the mustard so I looked for something warm and waterproof but smart enough to be 'seen about town'!
