Great product, disappointing delivery service.
The product had the incorrect address on the outside of the packaging. The receiver opened the product to see the correct address inside the box. I received the product already opened by a stranger, which took away some of the excitement of spending over £100 on a special treat. Sad, as the product and value were great.

Spot on - good prices & good service
Would definitely recommend ponykit to friends ( and have done). Really pleased with the rug I purchased online, the price it was and the service I received. I was kept up to date with the shipping process and it arrived when all the notifications said it would, 3 days after purchase. Package received wasn't a big over sized box filled with annoying unnecessary polystyrene things either! Win. Would definitely use them again

All you need for the best dressed horse
Rugs arrived really quickly and I was able to order what I wanted from the same site - they seem to be able to keep a wide variety in stock and at the right size - 6' 6" which is always difficult to get the unusual rugs as is most popular size.
Rugs fitted perfectly - but I have pretty much always used Weatherbeta so know my horse fits!
Good instructions enclosed with rug for customers who may be buying rug make they are not familiar with.

Super fast delivery and a 1 hour time slot - perfect!
I ordered some boots and I got an email the next day saying they'd be delivered the day after and it gave me instructions if I wanted to change it. Then in the morning I got another email giving me a 1 hour delivery slot which was fantastic as it saved me waiting in all day.
Brilliant service and fab boots too the cheapest I could find with free delivery anywhere!
I would definitely recommend Ponykit.

Great service Fast delivery very friendly
I had concerns about the Weatherbeater rug advertised as I have never used this make before and it was for my 34 year old who required warmth without weight and a good fit I expressed my concerns to Ponykit and asked many other questions as well. Ponykit couldn't have been more helpful they replied to all my emails in a very friendly manner I had asked another company selling a shires rug but they said it was entirely up to me and gave no help at all and so I bought from Ponykits because of them taking the trouble to answer all my concerns and also offered me the option of returning the rug if I wasn't entirely happy, I am very happy and my old feller will be as well this winter.
