Poor delivery experience
The first order didn’t arrive the next day so I couldn’t get my pool open for my son’s birthday.
The second order had 2 of the 3 items missing.
It’s your courier DHL that’s to blame for the first order. They said they couldn’t get access to the property, which was a lie. They later conceded they simply couldn’t be bothered to follow the diversion around road works that wouldn’t have taken them any longer to get to me.

This product (Perfectly clear) is a game changer for me.
I was recommended it by a friend who’s business is water management in all situations ie pools aquariums etc.
I did a glass test of my spa water before adding the Perfectly Clear and was amazed afterwards at how the product had lumped together all the small particles that were causing the cloudiness.
A note of caution however… it is wise to underestimate the amount you are using in the water as it is so effective that it can jam up the filters but that is only testament to how effective it is.

Competitively-priced for pool chemicals
Competitively-priced for pool chemicals. Website is good, and ordering easy. My chlorine tablets came very quickly. However, the boxes were left in the middle of the drive, nowhere near the house, and could easily have been stolen. No-one rang the bell to say they were there and their time of arrival was not as promised. I alerted Poolstore and this was part of their reply:
'It's true that delivery experiences can vary depending on location, and while some customers may have had occasional challenges, DHL generally performs well. Additionally, the specific requirements for chemical deliveries can limit our pool of potential partners.'
Can't say I found that very helpful....

‘Perfectly Clear Natural Clarifier’…
‘Perfectly Clear Natural Clarifier’ Bought . Delivery within a few days. Using it to clean up pool after winter, after applying shock doses to clear algae. Seems to work quite well, needs quite a lot of cycles to get pool clear. I’m sticking with it. Quite pricey stuff so marked down one star.

Dear Tom, we are sorry that our carrier did not deliver your goods on time. You first made us aware of the issue after our closing hours for the Easter weekend break. As soon as we saw your email on Tuesday morning when we returned to work we contacted our carrier via your tracking information to find out why your delivery was delayed. The carrier had noted 2 issues for the delay, one being the vehicle breakdown and the other being a slightly damaged box. We relayed this information to you immediately and confirmed that your goods were out for delivery again that day. We tracked your delivery and as soon as we could see it had been delivered we contacted you again to confirm this. As always we appreciate your custom.
