Placed an order for a sporting event coming up and the customer service couldn’t be more unhelpful.

Order is for a sporting event involving 7 year old children to teach/make them aware of past history and the importance of it, having contacted the poppy shop today the customer service advisor couldn’t have been anymore unhelpful and to be honest was downright rude.

As much as I support our military hero’s this does not set a good precedent for the RBL and if the goods do not arrive in time I will be sending back for a full refund.

I’m only giving 1 star as there is not a zero star option. Placed an order in the 23 of October which I’ve not received. Emailed X3 and no response.
Whilst I will continue to support via local seller I’ll never order directly again

I agree with other people about the disgusting behaviour of the BRL in its woke and petty snub of GBNews after such a wonderful appeal. How dare you. It isn't about your petty prejudice its about thousands of deserving veterans and their families. How can you after such a generous donation by the wonderful people who donated 160 thousand pounds. That's it for me never again will I donate to your charity until you get rid of the woke idiot who made that decision.

Placed an order last week and I've had no contact from them since the order confirmation. Tried to email and I haven't even received a delivery report. No idea when/if I'll receive my order and as I also donated at the same time, very disappointed with this. Will not order from them again.

Disgusted with the RBLs refusal to acknowledge the great funding that GB News had acquired on the Poppy Appeals behalf. Clearly some types of money is not good enough for the RBL? Well that being the case nether is mine, in future I will give it to organisations that do.

Always donate to the annual poppy charity coming from an RAF family. However this year i have just learned that despite GB News raising over 150k in just over 24hours the RBL refused to send a representative to the studio !!! The political and woke attitudes shown by this organisation and many others is disgusting.... shame on you !!!!!!

Popped into my local Sainsburys in Dawlish, Devon on my way home from work on Sat 28th October at approx 1415 to grab some essentials.
On the way out noticed a collection for the Poppy appeal.
Coming from a military family and being ex Parachute Regiment I of course made a donation.
I made a donation of £10 as this is my now deceased mums favourite charity and also one of my favourite charities, the other being Cancer Research.
I was shocked, disappointed, bewildered, sad as I didn't even get a Thank You for my donation.
Nothing.
Thank you would be the least I expect
I am so disgusted by this It's still playing on my mind 4 hours later.

Got my order within 3 days, obviously love my products and great quality. And bonus 100% of the payments go to royal British legion.

Don’t waste your money, the British legion do not help soldiers or ex soldiers in need, they only help themselves, I am an ex serving soldier of 24 years, I needed help and all they offered was a chat!!! I was in a bad car crash and needed assistance. They didn’t help, I will never wear the poppy nor will I donate!!! Wear your medals 🏅 with pride you earned them. You don’t need a poppy in your life.

Hopeless unhelpfull agressive ,i am veteran 14 years for queen king & country, serving in combat zones ,i sought help from RBL a while back ,they where not interested unhelpfull disorganised & at times aggressive. Ssafa helped me alot ,i am now better but still disabled ,but of means now, i regullaly donate to charrities and others ssafa every month , i will not donate to RBL what they say is not my experiance .

Super fast delivery and lovely quality items. I bought the black Poppy Tapestry tote bag and the matching makeup bag and I was so pleased with both the high quality and the excellent design of the tote. It is lightweight but will hold a lot. Wipe clean lining to both and a double pocket inside the tote to take a large phone comfortably. I also purchased dog leads & dog coats which were lightweight but of good quality.It was dispatched on a Monday & I took delivery next day,Tuesday, at 12 noon. I was very pleased with both the high quality and the swift delivery and I would use the R.B.L. Poppy Shop again as I was delighted with the entire experience.

Probably the WORST company I've ever worked for. It is an UNSAFE place for people of colour and mental health. It felt extremely racist, prejudice and bias while inwas there.Disgusting narcissist managers and exec ethical behavior. They set you up to fail. Every single person that left in the recruitment department were all people of colour. Diversity is a joke, dont hire people based on how people in the company would "react" e.g Trans. They breach their own contract and purposefully mess with your money and don't pay you properly. Head of ER, also slimey. Not here for the employees and refuse to help, tried to stir me away from doing a health declaration, which was actually needed, now i know why she was hesitant, nothing is confidential and will tell everything you tell them to the managers....there's no confidentiality, because they love their white fragility and try to hide behing their unethical ways of working. Head of Resourcing Team are racist as ever. RBL don't even have an induction programme, the "diversity training" isn't even mandatory. A Finance BP of colour just left due to being treated in a vile manner. They ruined my mental health, overwork you and under pay you. If you speak up certain execs will tryn silence you. I was in tears so many times in front of them begging for help and they set me up because I called them out, also messed with my pay on purpose. I beg people reading this, especially people of colour and people who struggle with mental health...please do NOT work for this company. it is not worth it at all.

Last October I bought online an expensive poppy and made a big donation. The poppy didn't arrive. Despite my messaging to ask where it was it never arrived. I am still getting marketing from them and it is very annoying so finally decided to do this. A great cause but will never trust the online shop again.

Only go to these if your needing help about 3 months into the future, go on about being able to help you but when it boils down to it it’s all hot air

Ordered our poppies at the end of October, still waiting for them on 18th November despite being told by British Legion they had been sent at the start of November.

When my partner was medically discharged from the RAF, we contacted the RBL well in advance and they said they would help. Despite many repeated requests for help in the following months, constantly brushed off, right up to the point we were leaving, where we were told to 'contact citizens advice'. Absolutely useless, got the feeling they only really look after officers.

I would give them Zero stars if I could. Non-delivery and don'r respond to any emails. I have to ask if this is a real organisation or just a scam.

I certainly won't be spending any money with them again. Such a shame as it is for a really good cause.

They are a disgrace as an organisation!

Ordered a squadron poppy badge on 02 Nov, along with a couple of other items, a donation and the £4 delivery charge. No mention at that time of any delivery issues. Now it's the 11th, and there is not any sign that my order has even arrived at the woefully inept Hermes couriers and I am wondering if I will ever receive it. Have tried to call RBL and I emailed them a few days ago but nothing, just a 'lines are busy' message - I bet they are! So here we are - Remembrance Day and nothing to show for it.

I totally support the work RBL do for veterans, I am one myself, but I am left wondering how qualified they are to be taking our money on veterans' behalf. If they cannot organise their deliveries properly or staff their call centres or answer their emails, perhaps the online sale of poppies and other Remembrance merchandise should be delegated to a more competent organisation. Certainly, any outfit who believes that Hermes (even with a name change) are capable of delivering anything on time should rightfully have their professional judgement questioned.

This has left a sour taste in my mouth, when I should be focusing on the friends and family I have lost in the service of their country. For others, I would strongly advise that you avoid ordering anything at all from The Poppy Shop, at least until you see a few 4 or 5 stars appear on this site which, at the time of writing, looks a doubtful prospect.

Ships with Hermes / Evri. Avoid at all costs. It's unlikely your order will ever be received. Buggy website resulted in a confusing checkout experience.

The Poppy shop has failed yet again to honour another order from a very disappointed Veteran.
I have served my country for thirty years plus and have been proud to wear my Poppy in support of the RBL, however the action or rather lack of action from this shop has tainted the good name of the RBL!
This shop should be closed with immediate effect and reported to the police for ripping people off.
