I have just completed the sale of my boat, brokered and processed through Pop. The entire experience was painless and extremely professional with all involved communicating to a level I have seldom experienced.

A special thanks to Steve and Kristi Clabaugh for all the hard work they put in. Steve went above and beyond in communicating with me on getting the boat ready to sell, listing the assets/equipment etc to enhance the appeal. Also providing me with a list of improvements that I could make to ensure that the final inspection would not create any delays. Kristi is probably the brains behind Steve's efforts as she was on top of every aspect and would always be available to answer any question while keeping me updated on a weekly basis during the listing period.
When it came time to close the sale, Tricia stepped in and expedited all aspects of the closing process. Truly, it was painless on my end but I know that behind the scenes Tricia was jumping through multiple hoops and challenges. She was amazing at all times with a bright and cheerful disposition whenever we spoke.

All in all it was a positive and memorable experience. I will gladly recommend Pop Sales to anyone interested in buying or selling a boat. I already have.

I bought this boat remotely without seeing it in person. Dimas, the selling agent took a video of it running and did a FaceTime inspection with me to show me everything about the boat as if I was there. Tricia, the closing advocate, was on top of all of the details for closing. Both were very friendly, professional and responsive. I would highly recommend using Pop Yachts.

First of all, it was a long sales cycle due to my fault. I didn't have a trailer (didn't know I needed one for resale) and I had a dash gauge issue. But, Pop was able to come through with a buyer.

Once they had a buyer, I worked with Trish Thompson on the closing. We were able to close the deal in less than 48 hours. This is from sea trail to wired funds. Note - the transaction was was done virtually. Trish held my hand through all the paperwork that needed to be handled and was available if I needed anything.

Again, sea trail to payout in 33 hours. Thanks Trish.

I remain very impressed by the prompt and professional way my interest in a particular listing was handled. I’d not even heard of POP before I inquired about a motorhome just before Christmas. The Chessa Team of Joe & Chrissy Chessa locked on and remained available to me right through the holidays. They made the entire process manageable via my cell phone including making an offer, scheduling an inspection with the seller, attending the inspection, accompanying the test drive, putting me in touch with the closing department, and handling my decision. You know, when you start with you don't know what to expect. Well, I had know idea how helpful they have been in making a fast and easy task for me. Perfect communication and closing service. I will use them again.

Was looking at a boat for sale in Sarasota, FL, boat had been for sale for quite a long time . When I called to schedule a survey and make a deposit the next morning someone had beat me to it. Now the broker lied about the listing and lied about deposit being paid wired thru a bank on Saturday, now I have 2 business accounts thru PNC and they don't do business or wire money on Saturday. This whole thing stinks to high h#ll ,and I don't do business with liars . His name is Mike on pop and works lower florida.

I Am 76 and therefore I Have worked with many people during my professional and personal life. Sandra Lake is a true professional in every since of the word. Honest, hard working, very responsive and customer service oriented 1,000,000%. She deserves a big raise and a big bonus. You are fortunate to have Sandra on your team!!!
