We're sorry to hear that. Auspost is experiencing unprecedented delays due to COVID. Your parcel was collected by Auspost on 14/09 (one week ago) but they have yet to scan the parcel. We have seen parcels from the same batch start to be scanned today and expect yours to follow in the next day or so. We have since switched to using an alternative carrier until Auspost's delays are resolved.
